Over the past year, I've had 4 different roofers from Angies List come out to try to find the source of the roof leak. (none did.) Other highly rated providers sent very inexperienced people out to find/fix the leak. Maybe when I'd mentioned it was a 4th story deck, they sent out their "B" team since they didn't want to hassle with it. But Quality Tops sent out Paul, who was the most intelligent, methodical, experienced, trustworthy and caring of all the companies that gave me quotes. This was a tiny "pain in the neck" kind of a job, I know, but Paul treated me like a valued customer and was very responsive to questions, etc. that I texted him. I've already given his name to several people and will surely contact him for a quote if we ever need to reroof our townhouse complex. Thank you, Quality Tops, for great customer service even when the job was small!

Paul, their sales guy, came out and climbed into the attic with me to note where I had seen water dripping down roof supports. He noted the position of where I had seen water dripping relative to the chimney, so he could investigate once he got outside on the roof itself. He also pointed out where prior repairs had been made prior to me owning the home. He then grabbed his ladder and climbed up onto the roof to look at the area he had noted in the attic. Once Paul was on the roof, he was able to ascertain where the water was likely getting through noting defects in either the prior repair or the original roofing job. He had identified the problem and presented me with a plan to remedy the situation. Now would be an excellent time for me to note that Paul was not only Quality Tops roofing sales guy, he was also the guy who would do the work if I awarded them the job. I did. It made a difference to me that Paul was both sales and roofing tech with tons of experience. Not just a sales guy. Given their busy schedule, the lead time was a couple weeks away, but I wanted them to do the work so I hired them. Paul showed up when he said he would, did the work, and cleaned up the waste to my complete satisfaction.

Bruce did our original quote and was punctual and professional. The original quoted price was slightly more than our insurance company was going to pay to replace the roof, so I had planned to get some additional quotes but didn't end up doing this due to other things going on. Bruce was persistent (in a good way) and contacted me via email and phone to follow-up. Ultimately, QTR gave us a further discount to bring the total cost in line with the reimbursement from my insurance company, so we scheduled the work. The actual job went fine, workers completed job same day (8:30-4:00pm). My husband was not pleased because debris was left on the driveway to be cleaned and our DISH satellite did not work following the job (resulting in a $50 trip charge for DISH to fix). I spoke with the manager (can't recall his name) and he deducted the cost from our total price, which satisfied us. It was a good experience and I would recommend the company (however I hope to not need another roof on this house).

They did an excellent job. The work was done quickly and professionally. Items on the back porch and sides of the house were protected. They reconnected all the vents which we have had to do in the past when another roofing company had replaced the roof. Clean up was very thorough.

Bruce and his team was great to work with. Bruce was always available to answer all questions. His crew was very punctual and professional in completing the work.

It was fine. They were like every other job they do in the area. They're done in a day and a half and move on. Quality was fine. Clean up was acceptable. There was a few things left around at places they didn't get but it wasn't a trashed place or anything like that.

Had three estimates on this repair. Chose this company after meeting with Paul (the estimator and repair person). Quality Top Roofing was not the low bid, however after discussing the repair I felt that the explanation of what was to be done, how, and when was extremely reasonable so I selected them over a lower price proposal. Everything went according to plan and price. They did what the said they would do when they said and for the quote. Paul was very professional and I would use the company again should the need arise.

My roof was damage by a windstorm on 10/2/14. There have been no leaks since they repaired it. The repair was a little delayed due to all the people who had damages, but they did great.

Paul was timely. He got a look at the hole, gave me a bid and went to get materials for repair. The replacement shingles are the same as the rest of the roof.

I had some difficulty getting them to follow up with me. I had to call them back twice to get them to finish the work. They did the work when I was not home. I needed them to be more responsive.

I have had the pleasure of dealing with this company for several years now. First experience was several years ago when they replaced my roof following a hail storm.Their pricing has always been very competitive and the quality of work has always been exceptional. I have referred them to a number of friends over the years. I don't shop for roofers anymore. When I need work done I just call Quality Tops.

My experience was fine. They gave me a good line item ed invoice. They had a good price. They did a good job.

Everything went very well. They were patient and explained everything to me. They were thorough. I had a few questions on my part that I had to call and clarify with them during installation.

Even though the repair we needed was very small, service was prompt and courteous, work was performed well in a timely manner.

everything from beginning to end was very professional. Bruce came to my house and discussed my options on replacement shingles, very knowledgeable about the products. Their bid was very competitive, communication was excellent throughout the process. The crew arrived on time and worked very efficiently, good cleanup and the foreman came the day after competition and did a full walk around of the job to make sure everything looked correct and was cleaned up. Could not be happier with their service and recommend without reservation.

It went great! They did the work in the amount of time they said and cleaned up afterwards. They were very professional and friendly. It was almost painless.

Repair went well. Finished in 2 days. Did excellent job. Will definitely use this roofing again when needed.

There are not many details. They came when they said they would and did what was required. The work was excellent. So good you could not see what was done unless you knew where to look. Even then it was very difficult. There have been no problems since. The price was as quoted. They did not suggest that any other work was necessary, even though we asked them to check for any problems not mentioned in the home inspection. They said the roof was essentially new and would last many more years. They were exceptionally pleasant and straight forward. We would not hesitate to use them again.

Job went very well, on schedule, cleanup was excellent. Small glitch on HVAC vents was resolved very quickly. Bruce provided more/better options on roof and vents than other contractors. We picked Quality Tops because better options were presented to us, even though they were not lowest bid.

Overall, we were pleased with the repair work. This is our third time using this vendor and they finished the work in a timely fashion. My only issue is waiting to get scheduled because they are so busy.

Everything went very well. They worked until after dark in order to get the work done since rain was predicted for the next day. Everyone was very professional from giving the estimate to cleaning up after the work was finished. I was given an overview of the company before I decided on the roofing company I was going to use and got a couple of follow up calls to see if I had any questions or if I had made my decision. All of the items needed were delivered to my home on Saturday so it was ready for them on Monday morning. They arrived on Monday morning ready to start work but only after I was notified they were there and ready to start work. I was even notified when the left for lunch so I would know where they were. Appreciated how thoughtful they were about everything. The new turbines and other exhaust pipes were replaced with a dark brown color so they matched the roof. After all of the work was completed they cleaned up all of their mess. My deck and patio had not been that clean in a long time. A day or two later someone came out and inspected the roof to make sure everything was completed correctly. At that point I paid the full amount due. Thy did an excellent job and I would highly recommend them.

What a gorgeous roof with such exemplary colors. The outstanding workmanship shines. I simply couldn't be happier. Bruce Sabine, the president, assessed the work to be done and worked with my insurance company to make sure everything was properly executed. All the work was completed in three days. Suffice it to say, everything is beautiful. I highly recommend this company as they do the very best quality work.

The crew arrived on time and did all the work without any issues. They also went beyond what they promised and got me an extended warranty on the roof. Really pleased with their work and have already recommended them a couple of times.
