I declined to pay it, and we arranged a lower rate of eighty dollars, because I had someone to do the work. The one who took the order for the list of service, did not listen to what needed done. They just sent out an crew, for one hour of work, and no preparation of what they needed to do. Horrible. They do a great job on mowing and cleaning, but they send out different crews for special needs. I was tired of dealing with people not doing what I was telling them. I paid them extra for the flower beds, which they didn't do.

Caveat Emptor with this sprinkler company. My landscaper arranged for this company to come to my house to raise the sprinkler heads for a tiny backyard (zero lot line home). No only did they miss 6 sprinkler heads buried under mulch (the company's workers did not take the time to investigate) the settings watered the fence and the house instead of plants. Furthermore, I could not really communicate with the workers as they did not speak much English, leading to them incorrectly adjust my sprinkler control box settings. The price for their 40 minutes of "work" An invoice for $600.00. Avoid this company at all costs. If I could give them zero stars as a rating option, I would.

There are usually 6 people here doing the work. They are done within 2-3 hours.  They are reasonabely priced. They are great guys to work with and they are friendly. They ask you what you want done in the appointment to make it productive.

Called them on a Friday (late in the afternoon, no less) hoping to get some work done by the following Wednesday.  They actually showed up early the next Mnoday.  Great service, great response, reasonable rates, what more could you ask for?  I am and will continue to be a repeat customer!

Their work is impeccable and he has very high standards. All employees wear uniforms and are highly professional.

Recently had a pondless waterfall built, but didn't hold the water after 1 1/2 hours, they kept putting mortar on it and it still didn't work and looked very fake. Spencer and his group of men came and tore it down and created a beautiful pondless waterfall that looks like nature built it. It sounds wonderful and it holds the water, and not a bit of mortar in sight. They were on time, enjoyed their work and took pride in their finished product. They actually took their pictures with the waterfall. Thanks guys, for taking a sad situation and turning it around. Would use again in the future.

I've been using this company for seven months and I'm very pleased with their work. My yard, including the bushes & flowerbeds have never looked better. I like that they're a one-stop shop. They even did a job at my parents' house at my request. The work is neat and they always clean up after the job. If I'm ever unhappy about a job, they come out ASAP to fix it. Price is reasonable & if I think something is too expensive, they're willing to suggest cheaper alternatives. Occasionally, it can take awhile to get a response but I'm high maintenance and they keep a full schedule, so that may be more about me than them. I have and would recommend them.

Began using their service last Spring. They were able to get my yard in very good condition fairly quickly. Very professional.

We have used Prime Landscape since approximately 2005 and still going. They do the best job maintaining chemicals, pre-emergents, fertilizer, and our huge lawn shows its beauty. Great work would highly recommend them to the pickest persons.

At first they were OK. They mowed and trimmed my yard. When I asked for leaves to be cleaned up, they did just fine. That was last year Over time they have gotten worse. They don't do things I ask them to do. They do things I don't want them to do, without asking. They charged me for yardwork I didn't request twice in the past 4 months. The first time they took the charge off my bill, this last time they ignored my repeated requests. This last spring I asked them to trim my bushes. They ignored my request. I called twice and never got anyone to call back. I hired a tree trimming company to trim my trees and they volunteered to do the job. Otherwise I would have been out there in the yard myself. I asked them to pick up my leaves late last fall. They trimmed my bushes instead. Then they charged me for it. It took me two calls to get them to take the charge off and come out and clean up the leaves. I've just become sick and tired of their carelessness and lack of professionalism.

Prime Landscape Services did good work. the workers were very kind and they had low prices. i would use them again in the future.

Good and just okay. I think that there may have been some complacacy as I used them for two years. I stopped using them because I was laid off, but had been thinking of changing companies for a little while.

Overall did great job, professional & flexible in planning, gave good advice. started right at beginning of busy time, so pleased to get finished at reasonable time no delays. couple small items had to be redone, replace cracked cover to irrigation control, redo gate entry so lie flat using stones rather than grass. did couple small jobs at same time, fix front yard sprinkler leak and fix shed door piece - that appreciated and often hard to get done at same time. recommend.
