Before Christmas, a friend told me about a disabled classmate of ours (Arlington HS Class of 1967) which did not have hot water in his house because of leaking pipes. I contacted Edgar to see what he could do and that I would pay the plumbing charge to get my classmate's hot water restored. Although Edgar was very busy, his crew arrived in a few days to perform the work. Since I was paying for my classmate, Edgar reduced the charge. You just can't find a nicer person than Edgar Rangle. He is also a very skilled master plumber and is prompt, responsive, professional, and courteous. He will take the time to explain everything in a way that is understandable to the client. I'll never use another plumber because Precise H2O is my plumber for life!
