Ponce Services

They come every couple of weeks. They are very responsive- we have used them for two years. They are on time and do what they tell you they are going to do.

Ponce Services have always been prompt and professional. They have done a full range of lawn and landscape services and we haver not had any issues. Their price has always been fair and often lower than competitive services.

The original work was heavy weed cleanup and pruning of shrubs, adding several inches of mulch in 60% of my yard(flower beds).  The weeding/pruning cost $400 and the mulch cost $700.This was a thorough clean up.  I am very pleased.  They are to return

 every two weeks for mowing at $35 each time.  My yard looks very nice.  I'm delighted.  The only thing I wish is that they would phone to let me know the schedule change when work gets too heavy and my day needs to be changed.

Aquileo Ponce and his crew arrived on time. They went to work immediately, worked hard and fast, and did an excellent job. They cleaned the work area and were very attentive.

Ponce and his helper showed up as scheduled, did the front yard first and then did the back yard the next day .I wasn't home, but that wasn't a problem because I had told him to use his best judgment knowing what my wife likes. He checked back with me and said they would finish up tomorrow and that was OK with me. I had requested that Ponce finish by that Friday which he did. My wife and I were very pleased and are now enjoying the brilliant colors used. I couldn't have done anything near as nice. Ponce is a real gentlemen, and very dependable. I have used others for small projects, but from now on I'm sticking with Ponce.

I have used Ponce services since 2005. I have always been happy with, not only the work, but also with the professional way the employees perform their duties.

With winter being over my lawn was in need of a major once over, basically weeds, trim hedges & rose bushes, edging and mowing. Since I used their services last year I call Ponce once again (2/27/08) and requested that they come out and take care of it for me. As always, they were prompt (2/28/08) and did a fine job. On 4/10/08 I called to have them come back to mow & edge, once again they were there the next day and once again did a fine job. To this point I had not received an invoice for services rendered, when I finally received one on 4/22/08 I was very surprised to see a bill for $220 ($160 for the first time and $60 for the second.) I was never asked for an approval for these amounts and seeing that the past year was reasonable I didn't think to ask (MY FAULT.) When called, the response for the second amount was that the grass was higher (2007 about $35 vs $60 a visit). To me not an acceptable answer, not to mention the answer was immediate which might tell me that this is a set answer given to everyone or he anticipated a call from me. I can't believe they would know the circumstances of my invoice price and be able to respond that quick. I certainly don't mind paying for a job well done but I do mind getting what I would call gouged. I will never use them again and will make sure the neighbors are aware as well.

Responded to my initial telephone call quickly. Showed up on time. Yard looks great.

VERY PLEASED WITH THE SERVICE, THE QUALITY OF WORK, AND THE REASONABLE PRICE. WOULD NOT HESITATE TO HIRE AGAIN OR TO RECOMMEND TO OTHERS.

PROMPTLY ANSWERED OUR CALL. CALLED BACK WHEN HE PROMISED, ARRIVED FOR APPOINTMENT AS PROMISED, ARRIVED FOR WORK AS PROMISED. VERY POLITE, CREW OF 3 NEVER SLOWED DOWN FOR 6 HOURS. ARRANGED TO CALL LATER FOR ROCK WORK AND REGULAR MAINTENANCE. PRICE SEEMED A LITTLE HIGH BUT WORK WAS GOOD AND HAULED OFF 20 FOOT TRAILER PILED 10 FEET HIGH WITH DEBRIS (HAD IT COVERED VERY WELL AND TIED DOWN). VERY PLEASURABLE EXPERIENCE.

THEY HAVE BEEN WORKING FOR MY THE LAST FEW YEARS. I DON'T EVEN OWN A LAWN MOWER.
