When our water heater gave way and flooded our garage I contacted Mark at Plumbing Concepts.  He told us right away the cost to replace our water heater and said he would be there on Tuesday afternoon to remove our old water heater and set up the new one.  Mark was right on time, did the job efficiently and very neatly!  The cost was exactly what he said it would be.  He even followed up the next day to make sure that we had hot water and that everything was working to our satisfaction, which it was.  Thanks Mark!!

He did a very good job.  He is always very nice and friendly with us.  He gives us very reasonable prices, and I trust having him come out to our house.

Mark, from Plumbing Concepts, was precisely on time and worked diligently to repair and replace everything.  He supplied several parts that were not included in the new faucet and hot water dispenser kits.  He was extremely thorough in his installation and repair of all items, and was even more thorough to ensure that there was not the slightest of leaks before he left.  He even replaced a small pipe on the disposal that was cracked, and the hose to the dishwasher that had a small leak.  We are very satisfied in his service and professionalism, and will not hesitate to call him for any plumbing needs that we may have.

Our house was built in 1951 and nobody else could fix the leaking bathtub. The others took it apart and said that all of it would have to be replaced because they were original fixtures. We were looking at two estimates that involved $1000 worth of work but he was able to fix it. He came out the next day after I called him for an estimate and looked at it and told me that he thought that he could fix it and that I would not have to replace it. He didn't have all the tools with him then but he came back the next morning and fixed it. It was a very good deal. I had actually gotten his name from my neighbor who owns a restaurant and she had used him there. He was able to fix something that other people couldn't do. He was very professional and very prompt. He was right on time.

Mark had done outstanding work at my Mother's home, so I negotiated my work on the phone. They (Mark & Mark) called 30" ahead to confirm their arrival. While one was installing the new ADA toilet, the other Mark fixed my old toilet and sink. The only problem was I gave them the wrong dimensions for the new kitchen sink, so they went online to find the right size, and returned the next day to install it (confirming their arrival ahead of time again.) They had to cut the corian countertop to accommodate the new sink, and did a wonderful job on it (no extra charge.) I've never seen 2 men clean up so well after a job. I'm planning on having them return to install a point-of-use water filter on the new sink soon. I definately recommend these 2 very professional and personable plumbers!
