+ -1 moreAwful. My dad and I spent several full days cleaning out the garage and atrium to remove everything from the two slabs. We had everything out in the yard and in a trailer. Even unloaded the deep freeze. When no one had shown up by 10 AM, we called only to learn that they no longer do business in DFW. AND WE HAD CONFIRMED THE APPOINTMENT THE DAY BEFORE!! Just awful customer service.
Description of Work: PierMagic was confirmed to come out and poly jack two concrete slabs. Got the estimate and everything. Didn't show

Description of Work: 03/27/2015 09:25 PM, Attachment(s) (1) raw_message.mht Well, we were very disappointed. We were waiting on their input before we made a decision but they never showed up for the appointment and never called. When we made the appointment, they were very efficient in scheduling the appointment, even sent us a postcard reminder. Needless to say, we decided to go with a company who has better customer service.

Description of Work: Scheduled an appointment. The day of appointment the serviceman called to say he would be late and gave me an estimated time which I did confirm. But I had to run an errand and then I came home at the arranged time. He had already been there an left a card with his number. I called him right away, sure that he was still in the area, and he did not answer. I called him a few times and he did not answer. I finally called the office and she said he would check with the serviceman to see when we could reschedule. She told me that he would call to see if we could reschedule a few weeks from now. |They still have not called back. |I guess they don't want my business.
