Pier Genius Foundation Experts

Not very well...I am a customer, or to be precise, I wanted to be a customer of Pier Genius. I called this company to come look at my foundation issues. A man named Matt came out to our home and seemed to be interested repairing our foundation. He talked with us for some time, sold us on his company's foundation repair system and said he'd get back to us with a quote. We never heard from him again. He won't take our calls, we've called several times. He won't return our voice messages, I've left several. I've called the office and spoken to whomever answered the phone. This person promised a call back soon. It never happened. I see that this company has an office in Houston and so thought, possibly, they were busy down there after the hurricane. But I really wouldn't know as no one will answer my calls or be a professional and call me back. I'm beginning to think it was a blessing in disguise, to not have this company repair something as integral as the foundation to our home. They are unprofessional, and seemingly dishonest in that they didn't do what they said they would do in regards to my foundation issues. Work with them at your peril.
