Perez Yard Services

I used Perez Yard Services once before in the Spring. I responded to their business card placed on my front door. They performed fair quality work at a competitive price. I wanted to utilize them for a second time. I played phone tag for a couple days and was able to finally nail down a time and date we both agreed on. It was going to be during my lunch hour and I told them to please give me a call if they were going to be late. Prior to leaving work, I called their cell phone and left them a message an hour before to remind them of our appointment and give me a call if they were going to be late. I did not hear back from them so I went home anyways under the impression that everything was still okay. After 1 hour at home I called their cell phone and the person answered saying that they were running late and would not be able to make it today. I reminded her that we agreed that they would call me if they were running late...she gave no reason why she did not call me. Very unprofessional. I told her to not bother coming over any other day. I will not utilize their services again.
