He gave us an estimate for treatment, but wanted to wait until later in the year to do the service. He did not charge us for all the
information and suggestions that we could do, but said it would be included in the price for the spraying to be done in December. He told us a lot of things we could do ourselves and many suggestions to help the health of our trees and yard. I was very pleased with his knowledge and professionalism. I will definitely have him come in December to do the spraying and then again in the spring to prune our trees. He definitely knows what he is talking about and what to do. He is totally organic, which is what I wanted, and he showed us that there were "good bugs" and their eggs on our trees and he didn't want to do anything that would harm them. I appreciated his noticing that and being careful of the natural predators already present in our yard and trees.
I will give another review once all the work has been done, but I feel confident that it will be done well.

The job took about two hours and was done in a very professional manor. Danny is very knowable and takes time to get it right.

He came out to look at my trees one of which was dead. The guy was terrific and was very knowledgeable. He diagnosed what was wrong with the tree, but we can't do anything until the fall. He is a certified arborist and he only does trees and doesn't do landscaping.

Randy agreed the tree had health problems and made some recommendations about things we could do to help the tree, then quoted about $430 to do a nutrient injection in the soil (for the root system) which I said I wanted to schedule as soon as possible. He said he could schedule it within the next 2 weeks. Never heard from him again. Would I use him? Maybe so. He sounded knowledgeable and is a certified arborist who is also organic. Was he professional? Clearly not. Or maybe he has more business than he knows what to do with. I remain perplexed.

The shaping of the trees turned out really nice. Danny did not due the work until fall, so we could cut the surface roots back without damaging my 100 year old trees. He checked the health of all my trees and found a squirrel was chewing the bark off the large old tree in back. His suggestion of hot pepper on the tree prevented the squirrel from damaging the tree further. The crew was on time, did a great job, cleaned up the debris, and hauled all the wood to a wood chipper for recycling. Danny was thorough and extremely knowledgable. I wouldn't hesitate to use him in the future for any service his company offers. You get personalized service and answers to all your questions. He maybe a bit higher than the large companies, but having the owner of the company on the job to supervise means a lot to me.

It was hard to tie him down to get him to our house after the initial estimate to do the work. However,it had to be dry to use the air spade and that was part of the problem. However, we loved his work and will use him again.

Danny inspected our trees and landscaping during the home buying process. He then discounted the inspection fee from the treatment. He and his crew showed up on time and cleaned up completely before leaving. He is very knowledgable about trees, plants, irrigation systems, everything about our yard. While the services are rather pricey, I feel comfortable knowing that our trees and landscaping are being treated right.

He was very knowledgeable, he was also very friendly. And he didn't try to do anything that I didn't want done in my yard. I really also appreciated the fact that he was organic.

They show up on time, very nice people to work with. Everything was cleaned after they left. They work hard and do great a job. I will definitely use them again.

On the phone he was very easy to talk with and seemed knowledgeable and straight forward. He gave me his basic fee and let me know that the fee will be put toward any further service that we commission him for. He showed up the day after my call, inspected the trees in question, and left us the report. His fees for root flare service seem reasonable and after taking care of some warranty work we will hire him again to expose the root flares on at least two of the trees. I especially like the fact that Mr. Wright is committed to organic methods and has the interest of trees at heart.

The arborist examined every tree in the yard and discussed root, bark, and leaf issues particular to each tree, pointing out conditions that were detrimental to the health of the tree and existing conditions that, although present, were not harmful to the tree. He educated us about fertilizing, watering, aerating, and proper root flare exposure. He gave us written instructions on how to care for the trees as well as an estimate for his company to perform some of the recommended treatments. We hired the company to expose the root flares on about 25 mature trees. The crew arrived on time, were expeditious in completing the work, and cleaned up thoroughly. The cost was exactly what was estimated and the consultation fee was applied toward the total cost.
