"Please enter what you would like the response to look like:Complaint # 11127831 [Member Name Removed] Mr and Mrs. [Member Name Removed] hired me to remove a single exterior door and install a French exterior door( double door), install tile, build wall ( close off room) with interior door, and repair damaged laminated flooring. Started job on September 1, 2015, the the French door and laminate repair was completed on September 3, 2015, but the door Mr [Member Name Removed] had ordered for the wall that they wanted built was not in yet, so the door, texture of new wall and grout was not completed yet. The agreement was it would be all completed when the door came in. The door came in about 3 weeks later job completed, everything was good. About a month later October 22, 2015, I received a text from Mr. [Member Name Removed] that water was coming in around the door, he sent me a picture and I stopped the job I was working on and straight out to see what the problem was and after several attempts at duplicating the leak by running water over the door I could not find what was causing or allowing water to come in the house but it wasn't the door or trim, (customer purchased door) so I just caulked everything real good. I believe the leak was coming in somewhere above the door in the exterior wall (They never told me the old door was leaking). Now during that time their floor had gotten wet, and some planks were damaged so I went and bought another box of laminate flooring (20sf) and replaced it at no charge in January of 2016. The [Member Name Removed] were not satisfied and wanted me to replace some flooring that was 10 feet from the door and I had already finished and used all I purchased and re installed the French door for a third time. I feel that I went over and beyond to take care of them and owe him/them anything. My Talented Hands Clark Johnson"
