MR.QUALITY REMODELING

Mr. Quality is old school, but does good work. Robert still works off of a note pad, but gets the job done with fair pricing. He built my 26' by 20' patio in 2020. I wanted it permitted through Fort Worth. He set me up with the people to get it done. Due to the City's delays, the price of materials changed. He was upfront and honest and we were able to work through the issues. I would definitely hire them again. Total cost of my patio was far less than some of the other big name contractors quoted me.

MR. QUALITY PATIO BUILDER with Robert E. Beam at 817-706-8920, please do not use him. I had a wall added to my home and the tape and bed done by Pancho who's numbers are 214-541-5880 & 972-513-7531 was horrible. My floor to ceiling wall seems like it is going to come apart. They used caulk and painted it the color of the wall and no tape and mud was used to make sure the wall would stay connected at the corners. I tried to call both of them to get this resolved and they both kept passing the buck. Ultimately it falls under Robert because he is who I have the contact with, but Pancho is his worker, and I would like to warn as many people as possible not to get any work done by these two. They will not make sure that the "Quality" of work is to code. The work was started on October 8th and completed on October 18th. I told Pancho's wife I was having issues maybe 1 week later. Then I called her and finally sent her photos on November 6th with no response. I then called Robert to let him know and asked that we have a resolution by Friday November 13th, and come to find out this morning Robert has blocked my phone number. Anywhere I find his business listed I will leave a review, report to BBB, and look into filing a lawsuit againt them. All I want is for them to fix their work. This is just in one spot. Can someone recommend someone responsible to fix their mistakes.
