Fair prices, they are respectful, and they do an excellent job. The first time they came out to remove problem limbs and clean up after a bad storm. They cleaned up the limbs in the yard and on our roof, even sweeping it off afterward. The second time we called them, they came out to remove a very large dead tree. They removed it and cleaned up the yard afterward in a day. If you want a job done well, call them!

They showed up early, and got to work!  They were very careful with everything they did.  Antonio advised on other issues that were in the trees, like dead limbs and mistletoe.  They took care of it all...and our trees and house have never looked better.

In the recent storms, our neighbors giant oak tree fell, knocking down their fence to land in our back yard and against our house.  The tree's trunk was about 3 feet in diameter and it had an expansive canopy.  The tree blocked the back door and windows and some of the branches were against our roof.  The tree took up about a third of our large back yard.  The following day we called Morning Star, since we had a very good experience with them a couple of months ago.  Antonio came out right away to give us an estimate and said he could schedule our job for Monday (second business day after the call).  On Monday, his crew showed up, cut up this massive tree and cleaned everything up.  They are so thorough that there was not a leaf or stick in sight.  They completed the job the same day while it took another crew two days to do a smaller job across the street.  After the storm hit, we had several drive-by offers to do the tree removal (the offers were priced about the same as Morning Star's) but I was so glad we called Morning Star.  I definately recommend them!

Responded immediately to my request for a quote.  Scheduled a time to do the work within a few days.  Came early that morning, as scheduled, went right to work.  When I came home later in the day, I couldn't even tell anyone had been there - every branch, scrap and shaving was cleaned up.  The trimming was neatly done.  The whole process was so smooth and professional that I would not hesitate to use this company again.

I contacted Mr. Narvaez on the recommendation of a friend about giving me an estimate for trimming some lower limbs from a large tree in my front yard.  The lower limbs were blocking the sun and killing my grass.  He responded very promptly and came out to give me an estimate.  He advised that he was very busy and it would be several weeks before he could do the work.  At the time I also asked that he put sealant on the cut limbs to prevent disease or insects.  He agreed to do it.  It was at least three weeks before he came back to trim the tree.  Unfortunately he only trimmed a few limbs off the bottom, and limbs were still hanging over the front walkway leading to the front door.  (He did seal the trimmed areas and cleaned up and hauled off the cut limbs).
I called him back and told him that he had not trimmed the limbs high enough.  I am only about 5'3" and could not walk on the walkway without limbs hitting me in the head.  He advised that he was still very busy but would stop by one day to take care of it.  Several weeks later he came by unannounced to complete the job.  I reminded him that he would also need to put sealant on the new areas that were cut.  He stated that he did not have any with him, but that he would stop by one day and add the sealant.  It has been several weeks now and the cut areas still have not been sealed.
It appears that Mr. Narvaez is very knowledgeable about trees, but it is difficult to get the job completed because he appears to be quite busy.

The company was on time and efficient. The work was done well in a reasonable length of time and the area was clean and neat when they left. All workers used safety equipment and were very professional.

They arrived early and went right to work. They asked me to inspect job work they were doing it because to ensure my needs were met. The trees look beautiful     and all cuttings were thoroughly cleaned.

Antonio showed up just as scheduled when he came to give me a bid.  We walked around the property and he asked about the exact work I wanted done.  I asked him a few questions about the trees and he seemed knowledgeable about how to trim them correctly.  He was very professional . 

When I called to schedule the work, he told me that the crew would be there between 8:00 and 8:30 the day of the job.  They actually arrived about 10 minutes early, but when I answered the door Antonio said that they were going to start setting up and that he wanted to go over the work again in a few minutes if I could meet him out back when I was ready.  We did another walk through and discussed which items needed completed and how I wanted them done.  Antonio pointed out which limbs on two of the large pine trees he was planning to remove so I would know.  The guys worked the entire day and cleaned up after themselves.  They had a chipper out front so they could grind up the large limbs for transport.  None of the yard waste was left behind for my trash guys.  Antonio talked with me at lunch to show me the progress and them checked with me again at the end of the day to go over what had been done and be sure nothing was missed.  I also appreciated that he pointed out some disease evident on my dwarf crepe myrtles and mentioned that the oak in front had mistletoe that he had removed, but it would probably come back and need to be removed every year. 

Overall, I thought they did a lot of work for the money.  They did a good job of trimming and cleaning up afterward.  They actually got more work done that I thought they would.  I appreciated that Anthony was very professional and that he reviewed the work with me as often as he did so I was informed about what they were doing.  I was pleased with the rest of the work and would hire them again.

Excellent work cleaning up my large trees in the yard.  Extremely professional job.  I could probably have given them a bit more of a haircut, but Antonio knows what he is doing - they all retained their shape and size, but became more open and had the canopies raised a bit.

The team spent about half a day and much to my delight did not bring a giant noisy wood chipper, they picked up all the limbs and cut them to size to fit in a trailer.

Real pros.  Will definitely use again.  Came out to about $80/tree for some large trees.
