Mike Souther's Premium Maintenance

We couldn't open the utility room door because the knob wasn't catching the barrel mechanism. Mike came over the following evening and removed the faulty set. He made a quick trip to Home Depot to purchase another knob set, then returned and installed it.

Mike is a great guy and we enjoyed working with him. I was not on the job that often, but we were happy with the results and his estimate was very close to the final bill that we received.

Mike was extremely knowledgeable and meticulous about doing the Details of the job correctly. He was trustworthy. He consulted us frequently about issues with the house that became apparent as the job progressed, including repairs to under-lying damage resulting from the rotted cedar siding. Because the extent of the damage was uncertain, the job was bid as a time and materials. We highly recommend Mike and will use him again.

Due to my work schedule, the work had to be done in stages. Worked with me on scheduling.

Mike took the old rotted area out and found more damage than I thought there was, but my son figured it was worse
than it looked and was very pleased that it was address . The damage was explained and showed to us so we knew what was going on. He made sure we approved all added repair and cost before he started . When it came time to paint I told him about what color I wanted. He went and got several sample jars and painted a board so I could see what the finished look would be. He went out of his way to make sure I got what I wanted and My son thought the prize for all the work was more than fair
. And the bottom line is we LOVE the work it looked great.

They helped where I didn't have to pay my deductible. He got with the claims and adjuster and they worked it out. I am not sure how much it cost. I recommended him to my daughter and son-in-law the live in Paris and that's where he lives, and he went over there and he felt that they had talked to another adjuster. That guy told them that they didn't needed their roof that the weather didn't cause it, but Mr. Garcia called him and he came over and said, "You must get a new roof". He said you do me one and it was because of the weather. They got a different claim adjustment. So, he worked with Mr. Garcia. So, they didn't have to pay the deductible. I got two trees in the backyard and I got houses all around me, but the trees they have they really shed when the fall comes, and they all come over to my place.

I always go back to him. I have used him for three years. I'm comfortable with him. When he's out of town, I wait for him to come back. He charges us about 60 or 65 dollars an hour, and does great work. He's installed a gutter for me, installed a microwave for me, and so on. He's my go-to guy and gets my highest marks.

He bought all of the supplies and everything he needed. It looks great. He was very responsive to everything we needed.

I called Mike to get an estimate and he stopped by the next day as promised to evaluate the job. He estimated and gave me Angie's list hourly rate. We scheduled an install date, and he was unable to keep the scheduled date, but he did notify me in advance and left a message to reschedule the install. He arrived promptly on the new scheduled date and time and installed the cabinet in a timely, friendly, and professional manner. He is on my referral list and I would use his services in the future.

The price was what he quoted me and he was flexible with my schedule. I would use him again in the future.

As ususal, there were unexpected surprises when the old unit was removed. However, Mike was able work around them and complete the work. The door looks great. I will definitely use him again.

He gutted the bathroom and did it all over for us. We provided everything and he provided the labor, so the labor is what we paid for. He did an excellent job. When we had trouble with something, he came back and fixed it, and did not charge us for it. He was very professional and did an excellent job. We will definitely use him again in the future.

He was great. He took down the old wood picket fence, he poured cement and erected poles, and then he put up new wood fencing. It took him about five days because he had to clear the brush and shrubbery that was in the way. He did quite a bit of labor and I think the price was fair. He gave me a quote of $1,800-$2,000 but it took him more time then he expected. He did an excellent job and we are very pleased.

They were very nice and they did very well. Everyone that comes over compliments my walls. Mike's helper goes to my church and I didn't realize it.

He communicates. He always calls me to let me know that he is on his way. He returns my calls when I try to schedule him. He is a pleasant person. He is efficient. He explains to me what he is going to do. He does the work and provides me with an invoice at the end. He gives me an estimate. He is reasonable. He is knowledgeable about a lot of work around the house. He is always good. He is efficient and does good quality work. His price is good.

He did an excellent job. He was very up front, honest and professional about the entire thing. We liked him so much that we have him coming back to do more work for us starting next week. He will be doing some painting and redoing some of the wood in the house. He's really very professional, up front about things and anything that he saw that was out of the ordinary or he thought he needed to take care of he let me know. he showed up when he said he would and he did what he said he was going to do. It was one of the best experiences we've had in a long time. He was very reasonable.

Went very well. Mike did a great and very through job on this large project.

Mike did a high quality job and was very good in making sure we did not miss anything that needed attention in connection with the total job. This was very detailed work that required someone like Mike that wanted to do the job right, not just the least expensive way. While the overall investment to get this work done was not at all inexpensive, we feel completely confident that Mike did not miss anything that needed to be done. That in itself with the high quality of work made the investment well worth it.

I liked him. He did good work and I was happy with him overall. I would recommend him to others.

The main thing about him is he returns call promptly, he came when he said he would come, and did what he said he would do and I was pleased with that. I was pleased with the jobs that I had done.

Not only am I satisfied with his work (the quality) I liked his and his wife's personalities. They are very nice people. They worked all the time they were here. He did exactly what he said he would do. No surprises and gave me a hand written contract. He cleans up after himself. Call me as a reference! He knows what he is doing and I hired him because we didn't know how to do it ourselves.

Mike was extremely responsive. He called me back within a few hours and scheduled a call. When he thought he was going to be a little late on the day of the appointment, he called to let me know. Turned out he was actually early, which was fine. He was here for about 3 hours and did an excellent job. He cleaned up and took away old materials when done. I talked to him about doing some other work around the house. He was helpful and honest. I plan to use him again for other jobs.

He is great. He is quick and knowledgeable. He comes when you call him.

HE IS VERY TRUSTWORTHY. I USE HIM FOR LOTS OF STUFF, AND I LEAVE A KEY TO MY HOUSE WITH HIM. ANYTIME I NEED SOMETHING, I CALL HIM AND HE TAKES CARE OF THE PROBLEM AND LEAVES ME A BILL. IT IS RARE THAT YOU FIND SOMEONE THAT IS SO HONEST AND TRUSTWORTHY. I'VE FOUND HIS PRICING TO BE VERY REASONABLE COMPARED TO OTHER PEOPLE THAT I'VE USED.
