They are just so good to work with. Have been using them for years. Couple of times that I used one of the ones advertised on TV, was much more expensive and was told I needed all this extra work which it turned out was nonsense. They are polite, on time and fast at getting to the problem and fixing it and their prices are still wry affordable. More than that they are trust-worthy!

it was Saturday Morning and I had just pulled the stopper out in the bathtub so it would empty. Walked away to do other things. My son soon found water all in the bathroom floor. I started testing the toilets by flushing them. Nothing really happened. I put more water in the tub and let it drain. Nothing seemed to happen in the front bathroom, but my daughter found water in the floor in the back bathroom. We started cleaning that up.
Called the plumber and they said they had one ahead of me, but it should not be to long before they could have a guy at my location. It was probably about 1 1/2 hours. Not bad.
Terry was nice. He answered all my questions. It did not take him much time at all. They also gave us a 30 day guarantee on the clean out. Very Nice.

This happened on a Saturday and MetroRooter said they could come out that afternoon and that they don't have special weekend prices. I said Sunday would be better and they scheduled for 1:00 pm but phoned and said they could make it at 11:00 which was much better for me. They said the cost would be $85 but gave me a $5 senior discount. They were very professional and Terry asked if I knew we had a broken pipe(s) and that may be the cause of our continued service visits. He told me their master plumber could come out and inspect with a camera and quoted a price. I was very happy with all aspects of the service visit.
