They were very clean, professional, and polite. They worked on the toilet for about 45 minutes, and gave me an estimate on an outdoor drainage problem. However, their price was very high. When I asked about the high price he said he had been at my home for about 3 hours, even though the first part was giving me an estimate and discussing with me their maintenance contract. I feel like they were just trying to sell me on something.

I HAVE USED GENE'S FOR SEVERAL YEARS. ON THIS NIGHT, IT WAS POURING RAIN, BUT THEY INSISTED ON CLEANING THE DRAIN TO MY SATISFACTION. WHILE THE SERVICE MAN HAD PROBLEMS WITH THE MACHINERY, THE JOB WAS DONE WELL. HOWEVER, ON A COUPLE OF OCCASIONS HE TRACKED MUD ON THE CARPET AND LEFT THE AREA TO BE CLEANED UP BY ME.
