The owner, Rudy, is always on time, he gets things done when he said he will, and he is very knowledgeable about the products and what would make you happy.

At first I was very excited, Rudy appeared to have good taste and knowledge. He was a bit pushy about ideas but I pushed back. When it came time to tile the shower, it was done OK..it was glass which is tricky. When we did bring up problems(i.e. uneven tiles, wall not plumb) he argued we were wrong. Then he argued the tile guy made a mistake. He also said that the wall was not "plumb". When we asked him why he did not plumb it, he commented that he did not have authorization. AS before we told him all he had to do was explain and ask us.The tile was redone 2 times. A third time was rescheduled to redo the outside tile. When the workman arrived, I was told that he had to be paid as soon as the tile was on the wall. There would be no opportunity for anyone else (my husband) to check it. That is when I fired him. He came off like an honest guy with good skills but in the final analysis he had little integrity.
