Melvin's Custom Painting

Not good quality work. A lot was left unpainted if he thought we wouldn't see it. Some wood was left rotten and he never told us about it so we could replace it didn't even pant huge parts just hoped we didn't see it (his words). When he finishes and asked us to look around he kept saying don't look to close when I pointed out an area that needed touched up. He touched up very few of his mistakes and left the rest. When I asked about then he got mad that he had to do the job completely and said he wasn't doing anymore. I paid him in full and should of only given him 80% and told him he could have the rest after he actually finished. But I didn't. Instead I will Hopefully save you the save waste of money. He also didn't seem very knowledgeable about what to paint and what not to paint. I am not either but I am not charging people for painting services.

He is very careful, clean, does excellent work and has given outstanding results. He used rollers and brushes to do the work.
