Maid to Perfection

I paid Morgan Urger $100 as advertised to clean my home. She was very nice when we spoke and promised me TWO maids would get to my home at 1pm. A lady arrived at 1:29pm and I asked where the other person was, and she assured me she has been cleaning for 8 years and would get it done in no time! At 3:03pm, while I was out picking my son from school, my mother called to inform me that Morgan and another lady arrived. I thought they were going to assist in cleaning the house. I got back home at 3:40pm, and Morgan and the other lady were in the car waiting to be paid! I asked her if they were done, and she said yes, Charlie would be done in no time. I asked if they had cleaned downstairs and she looked at me as if I was speaking another language! She now promised that Charlie (the lady that was cleaning would stay and complete the cleaning). I paid her $100 cash immediately and she drove off. When I got upstairs, Charlie was already packed up ready to leave! I told her I was told she was going to complete the cleaning and she told me she was sorry, but had to go and pick her boyfriend up! I called Morgan (the owner) and she did not reply my call but she called Charlie who did not answer the phone! I sent her a text and no response. I asked Charlie what had been done and she told me that she had cleaned the master bathroom and vacuumed the master bedroom! I checked, and the bathtub and shower had not been touched! She apologized and left! I have been trying to reach Morgan since then. On one occasion, she replied me and insulted me! I sent her a facebook message, called and texted her several times, NO RESPONSE! So, I wrote on her facebook page and her friends started insulting me. An older lady wished me luck and told me I would not get anything out of it on her facebook page and Morgan's boyfriend started to insult the lady and I. This business is a total SCAM! Beware!

The service went very well. They were very friendly and nice. They were open to the products that you want them to use. I like that it is the same two people that come every time. If somethings wrong they will come back the next day to fix it. They were great. It felt like they were 2 friends. Im going to keep using them because I trust them so much. I have hired them to use them on a continual basis. They were very nice and exceeded my expectations.
