Ben and Joe did an excellent job. I called this morning and they were here by 10. This is all during the worst freeze on record. I now have water and it all thanks to them!! I would definitely call again.

I have found my new plumber! First, I called the city to let them know that the sewer was backing up into my shower and the toilets were very, very slow to clear. The city came out within an hour of my call after inspecting the cleanout they told me the problem was past what they could do. I called Made’s Plumbing and Ben called me back promptly saying he would be out late in the afternoon. Ben came assessed the problem and got to work. He was able to fix the problem in a timely manner, throughout the process he let me know what he was doing and why. He was very polite and easy to work with. I will be calling him again, when I need a plumber! Best of all, his prices were reasonable.

The owner, Ben, came personally and cleared two clogged sinks, flushed two water heaters, and then even fixed water pressure issues that I had with two separate sinks at no extra charge! I called the day before and he answered immediately and answered all of my questions. He then came out the next day, right on time, and completed all of the work. He gave a written quote BEFORE touching a thing, which was very competitive, and left no room for surprises. I would hire him again and recommend Ben and his team without hesitation!

Called them at about 10:00 AM, they were able to come same day. They worked extremely hard, snaking from multiple directions to clear out mud from landscape drains that had been neglected for years. They were full mud, but the technicians tried for almost 3 hours to clear the drain. They had told me up front that it would require a special high pressure nozzle to clean it out (which was not with them), but if I wanted them to try with snakes they would. They were able to get the water flowing, which was amazing considering how much mud was in the pipes. I will definitely have them back, with the better equipment, to blow out all the mud.

We live in a condo and have several appliances in one closet. We assumed it was the water heater that was leaking. They came out on a Sunday afternoon and determined it was an expansion valve from the water supply to the water heater. They got the parts and came back and fixed it same day. They were very transparent and the price was very reasonable for a Sunday afternoon. We would definitely hire them again and we would highly recommend them.

It went really well, he arrived when he said he will, he finished the work on time, clean up after himself and made she that the water coming out of my faucet is hot. One of the faucets has a problem and he showed me what is wrong with it.
