Lori is very professional: speaks clearly, actually listens to the customer need, provides clear proposal of services they offer to make the necessary repairs, and sets up the appointment to meet with the service professional who will make the repairs. Tony, the service professional, was very knowledgeable of the project needs, identified the problem areas, examined the problems with attention to detail, and clearly explained the steps he would take to make the repairs. He was equipped with the proper work tools and additional personnel when needed. Very timely to the job site. He quoted fair prices and did fantastic work to repair our church ceilings and walls.
