The flooring department reps at the Lowe's of Richardson (Andres, Chris) were most helpful in my initial selection and delivery of new flooring.  Once it was determined that I would need to exchange that for an alternate 'floating floor' due to the high moisture content determined in all the replacement areas, they helped with the new selection, exchange and delivery of new materials.
The process took longer than expected as I tried to determine reason for high moisture, and had extra epoxy layer put down in an attempt to use my original floor selection, but once final decision was made, they were supportive and helpful in getting exchange of materials, delivery and scheduling of installation with the sub-contractor.

They did a great job. It was an awesome job. Some of the store itself as far as getting the order placed if you want to make changes as well as the delivery portion -- I made sure that I got all my materials -- that was not the best. I had to keep going back and forth to make sure my order was correct. One person told me that I didn't have this included when I actually did. That I didn't like. The contractors were great. They didn't do everything that I wanted.

Fantastic! It was done quickly and did a good job.

They were very courteous and gave me a couple of discounts where I didn't quite know they had done so. I mentioned that I went to another store and they gave me their price and as well as an additional 10% off. They were very helpful in getting me the best price. There was a little miscommunication between the store and the delivery people, but they took care of it immediately. They went out of their way to help me.

They came and measured the floor. The charge was $35 to come and measure. This amount was reimbursed as I used them t d the job. The person who measured and the installer were very professional. They were on time. The floor turned out great. Was in there on 9/22 regarding new countertop. The sales associate was very personable and helpful. I had a rough estimate of the measurements. He gave me a rough estimate of the cost. Have always been pleased with their service.

I would use them again in the future.

I chose them because of the price of the counter top. I had a positive experience with them. The salesperson was very friendly and the people who installed the counter top did a very good job. I rate them high overall and will use them again in the future.

They did an excellent job, they insulated it well. They got that door fit very well, you don't see any light through any cracks.

The quote is for $2100. When they came out to give us the quote they measured everything that they needed to. They were very friendly, very professional and knew what they were doing. They worked with us in as far as scheduling and waiting for us to actually make the purchase. I would use this company in the future.

I was very pleased with them. I got estimate from two or three places but they were the best. Their customer service department was very good. The person who took care of me was very patient. He looked at all the samples with me. He was really nice and explained me things. They showed up when they said they would. They were nice people. I really like my floor. Their price was good. I would use them in the future.

There is nothing wrong with the cabinets but we had a major problem with the ordering and installation. They didn't order them correctly the first time. They missed the original scheduling date. They had to re-order cabinets three times. The sub-contractor through Lowe's said he would install an apron sink (farmhouse sink) a special installation so you have a special cabinet. I asked him about installing that and he said it wouldn't be a problem. The day of installation, he came and said I had never discussed that with him and said I was calling him a liar. He basically started to walk off the job, so I spoke withe the Lowe's manager that was there and asked what would happen if he had walked off. I was able to talk him into doing the work that he could do. They installed the vent-a-hood, instead of having it directly centered above the stove it was off to the right about 3 or 4 inches. The tile was supposed to be lined up with the vent and would have been uneven. The sub said that the soonest he could fix the vent was about 3 or 4 days because they were working on another job. He wasn't willing to have one of his workers stop by early in the morning. I didn't want to have my tile guy stop working so I had to hire another company to center the vent. The sub came back and refused to work on the cabinets because someone else had come out to work on the cabinets. I had to go through Lowe's management to make sure he did the work. We also had problems with them coming in and working 4-5 hours then wanting to leave early.

As expected.

This was a good experience. We are happy with Lowe's. There was only one glitch. When they delivered the windows, a small window wasn't in the shipment. They had to reorder this. To me this wasn't a big problem. As for their price, I didn't do any comparison shopping, but I would imagine they were competitively priced.

The men that came were very professional and cleaned up extremely well when they had finished. They also followed up by showing us how to use the door and what care was necessary. I was very pleased with the entire process and would use them again. I got a discount from a coupon and thought the price was good.

Lowe's contracts with installers who were supposed to come and measure our counter and make a template for a sink that we bought thru Lowe's store. The installers were to bring the finished top and install it on a predetermined day three weeks later and glue the undermount sink. The installers came six hours late and then found prior to installation that they had finished one counter on the wrong end and made the other counter shorter than measured. They took it all back and reworked the defects by comprising some of the measurements. After the undermount sink was glued to the countertop we found out that the sinks cutout was made too big. By this time our other kitchen remodeling work was being held up and we could not afford to have Lowe's tear out the kitchen counters all over again and wait for another two to three weeks to make new counter tops. Its difficult to live without a kitchen for that long.

The crew of three was on time, and professional. They were friendly and courteous as they went about their job. They were very good about cleaning up the mess. All the furniture was moved with care. A friendly Lowe's associate came to the house to check on the job and crew and see if we had any questions. Lowe's also followed up a few days later by phone.

The folks at Lowe's are very nice, but they are stretched too thin. They are overworked and they don't know what they're doing. Every time you talk to someone, it's someone new. It just does not work.

VERY FRIENDLY, KINDA BUSY - HAVE TO WAIT SOMETIMES TO GET WORK DONE, ONLY REAL DISLIKE IS THEY ONLY WORK M-F, 8-5 FOR DISCOUNT, ANYTHING WE BUY ON WEEKEND IS AT REGULAR PRICES.

ON SUNDAY AT LOWE'S, I WAS TOLD THAT THE WHO PEOPLE HANDLE INSTALLATION WERE NOT AVAILABLE ON SUNDAYS AND THAT I SHOULD CALL A SPECIAL NUMBER TO MAKE ARRANGEMENT DURING THE WEEK. ON MONDAY, 4/11/2005, I CALLED THE NUMBER AND CHRIS TOLD ME THAT I NEED TO COME IN PERSON. HE STATED THERE WAS A FEE OF $30.00 FOR ESTIMATING THE FENCE INSTALLATION. I ASKED IF I COULD MAKE THE APPOINTMENT FOR SATURDAY. CHRIS PUT ME ON HOLD AND CAME BACK TO TELL ME THAT HE HAD CALLED THE CONTRACTOR AND LEFT A MESSAGE BECAUSE HE DIDN'T KNOW IF HE MADE SATURDAY APPOINTMENTS. HE TOLD ME HE WOULD TAKE MY CREDIT CARD INFORMATION. I INFORMED HIM THAT I'D RATHER WAIT UNTIL HE CONFIRMS SATURDAY IS DO-ABLE BEFORE PAYING FOR THE ESTIMATE WITH MY CARD. I HAVE NOT RECEIVED THAT PHONE CALL. I REALLY LIKE THE DOG-EAR VINYL FENCE, AND I REALLY LIKE THE LOWE'S PRICE, BUT SERVICE WAS SO POOR THAT I HAVE NO DESIRE TO EVER GO BACK TO LOWE'S AGAIN.

THE PRICE OF THE NEW FLOORING WAS EXPENSIVE BUT COMPARABLY PRICED. THE INSTALLERS WERE POLITE AND PROFESSIONAL. OVERALL, HOWEVER WE THOUGHT THEY DID A GOOD JOB.

OVERPRICED COMPARED TO THE HARDWARE STORE, FRIENDLY STAFF, GOOD SELECTION.

OUR SALES REP FROM LOWES, DEE CROWDER , ARRANGED FOR INSTALLATION WITH A MAN NAMED PAUL. THE JOB WAS COMPLETED IN A TIMELY MANNER, AND HE WAS VERY NEAT AND POLITE.

THEIR SERVICE WAS HELPFUL AND CONVENIENT. THEIR PRICES WERE REASONABLE.

THE PEOPLE AT THE STORE WERE VERY NICE. THEY HELPED ME OUT WITH THE PURCHASE. THE DISHWASHER WORKS VERY WELL AND I CAN'T EVEN HEAR IT RUN.
