Love My Maids, LLC

I had Love My Maids for 3 years. In the beginning, the maids worked very well. We gave them gift cards for birthday and Christmas presents. The 3rd year one of the maids began getting very sloppy.( The other maid wound up doing the maid with attitude's work half the time.) When I called her hand on it, she threw a big fit and walked off the job. She works solely with another Love My Maid. You have to have both of them or neither of them. I think they wanted more money but they were making pretty good money. Maid work is not engineering; it's cleaning, for Pete's sake. And the maid with the attitude was very clumsy and distracted.She broke a lot of things of our things by not paying attention to what she was doing. She would go through the chores too fast, leaving things half done. There are other maids there at Love My Maids but the attitudes, etc. soured me on the company. I never turned in a damage report...Just wanted them to be out of my hair. Just too much drama.

The office staff was very helpful in working with my schedule. And DeAnna (sp?) was on time and got the work done quickly. I did what I could to prep my house as I was more interested in getting the major things done. She finished early and I was happy there was no problem in receiving an adjustment for the final cost.

I hired love my maids because I am disabled and have trouble cleaning my house. Ginger is wonderful to work with. She met the needs that I needed even though some of it is not on the normal check list that they do. She goes above and beyond to help me and to make sure everything is satisfactory to me. The ladies that have come to clean are wonderful and friendly. When possible, Ginger tries to make sure you keep the same person, which I like. I also like having a different person every once in while because everyone cleans different. Whenever I have had a problem, Ginger or Kathy have been quick to resolve the issue. I even have referred a friend who had cancer and needed help cleaning her house. Ginger was also a big help for her. She went above and beyond to help her out as well. For the price you pay , you get more than your money's worth.

This was my first experience with Love My Maids. I wish I would have found them a long time ago. Ginger and her team are very professional, accommodating, friendly, thorough with their work, and the price I thought was very reasonable. I will recommend them to anyone I know that needs house cleaning services. I was very pleased with this Company. I look forward to them cleaning my house on a monthly basis.

This company is not thorough and I had to call on multiple occasions regarding their cleaning process. I also had issues with the ladies following directions. I strongly feel when paying for a service you should receive the value you pay for. A client should never have to remind you of the service you are being psid to provide.

It was good. They arrived within the scheduled time and were out in 4 hours. Everything was done well.

Ginger, the manager, is very professional and accommodating. The two ladies who arrived to clean my home were prompt, courteous, and arrived ready to work. They did a nice job on my 2700 sf house.

They came in and did their jobs quickly and efficently.

I have used other maid services before and was looking for new service so got some quotes. What made me decide to go with Love My Maids is I felt during the walkthrough compared to others they were much more thorough on what exactly would be done and did a little bit more on the cleaning service. They were also slightly less expensive and the best thing is no contract so try them out. I had them do an initial deep cleaning (not required like some others) and they did an amazing job compared to what I have seen before. On the deep clean ... All of the blinds, baseboards, stairs, window sills are hand wiped and looked phenomenal. I was impressed and looking forward to see how the regular cleanings go. GInger was very nice and professional and checked in on the job before and after ... I would highly recommend over those national companies if you are looking for cleaning service.
