Lonnie's Plumbing

Work done on 2/1/2017—1. Replaced flapper in master toilet 2. Said that he installed new cartridge on the left hot handle. Left handle is easy to turn off now. I paid $150 in cash. He did not give me an invoice. 2/3/2017—I discovered that the hot water handle on the right sink is scratched and hard to turn. (He switched handles w/o telling me.) I called him and he said that he would take care of it. His Reply--After repeated requests for an invoice, I finally received an invoice on 3/7/2017 which had no date and said he installed a new cartridge. His reply about the handle is that he is waiting on a handle ordered from Moen. I am still waiting. (4/5/2017)

Lonnie was able to get to us right away when I contacted him. He was able to identify the problem with in the first 2 mins of getting under the sink.... I went out and did my shopping for my new sink and faucet. Lonnie then offered to come out on a Sunday to install them for us with no extra weekend charge. We have a new infant and a toddler in the house and he knew how important it was for me to have a working kitchen sink.

It was good. His price was reasonable. The quality of the work was good.

Lonnie and Jorge Contreras coverted my upstairs bathroom into a standup shower in 2012. Immediatly after the work was complete the shower leaked down into the downstairs bathroom. After calling lonnie, Jorge came over to inspect his work, and advise me not to fill the shower to full. After numerous calls for them to fix their work, nothing was resolved by either men. I am now having another company come in and completly tearout the shower and replace my sheetrock downstairs and other walls that have water damage. I do not recommend these people for any plumbing work. Gwen Koldus

We had slow drainage in our shower. We had tried a number of plumbers listed on Angie's List that said they provided emergency service. Lonnie was the one that responded and came out on a Saturday afternoon.

I met Lonnie through Lucie Hasek with Creative Elements. Lucie is the contractor I hired to remodel my master bathroom. During that project I hired Lonnie to fix the problem in the guest bathroom. He immediately identified the problem and quickly fixed it. During the project for both bathrooms he gave me excellent advice about bathroom fixtures and plumbing in general.
