4699990641 Horrible driver. Wednesday, March 22, 2023. A driver in a box truck was aggressively driving and cut off 2,000 feet of traffic built up onto the on-ramp from 183 EB, towards Loop 12N. He used the solid lined triangle median at the very end to try and cut through the line which is clearly marked with signs well before this, maybe he can’t read. He then proceeded to almost crash into the median guardrail, almost side swiped my car, and almost rear ended a broken down 18-wheeler which was stopped in the triangular median with their hazards on. After this, the pimple faced kid driving, then had the delight to flip me off which I have recorded and you can see posted. Not only is this guy driving recklessly, endangering society, and breaking various road laws, but he also is loud and proud to be doing so and using fowl body language to express such emotions. I wonder how the rest of the employee base is at this company considering the actions of this individual. Cannot reach anyone through the phone to complain about drivers. You can all thank leafFilter Gutter protection for everyone’s insurances going up because of bad quality employees as this kid. I hope he is held accountable for his actions. If not, he’ll probably end up crashing the truck and hurting someone, or worse. Under-qualified. Unprofessional. Incompetent. If I could post the video I would, check my Google review.

They were very good company and courteous. They explained everything to me. Their man was very thorough and cleaned up all the messes. I was really happy with the service.

It just ended up being a higher pressure sales pitch that the longer you said "no" the lower the price went. Started at $9800 and was down to $3100 due to the "secret, can't tell anyone contractor pricing." I said I was interested but would need to think about it and the salesmen made it very clear, this was a today only price. The biggest joke is how they gloat about the excellent Angie List reviews, which are actually horrible. Good product but complete "used car" sales tactics.

My elderly, handicapped mother was charged $9984.00 for gutter guards on her home. This was after the “Rush Creek Church” discount Paperwork shows it was originally $13,376. She had preexisting gutters, and her home is only 2700 sq feet with know steep roof lines. The paperwork states they Did not Replace gutters, only some hardware, there is a special place in **** for people who take advantage of elderly people, who are clearly incapacitated and living on a fixed income. She is now stuck with a huge monthly payment for two years. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!

Horrible. Installation was supposedly professional, I’ve called several times, finally went by their office. Finally sent someone out that didn’t know what they were suppose to do. Didn’t fix the problems. Water running behind the gutter. We have a metal roof and they cut back valley they shouldn’t have. Installation supervisor (Ethan)said they would caulk, men that come out said they couldn’t caulk. These guys are bad news. They subcontract out to other gutter installation companies. They do not have their own installers. Beware of their scam.

Leaf Filter exaggerates there process and over charges. There was no Leaf Filter Team. A guy showed up in a pick up and was done in a few hours. A back porch was not completed. Apparently I misunderstood the sales representative. I feel like I paid to much for what I got. And I did not get everything I paid for. Proceed with caution. My experience leads me to believe the warranty the are so proud of is not worth the paper it is written on. You will only get good service until they cash the check

I am highly disappointed in the professionalism and customer service they displayed, both from Bill Russell, COMMERICAL ACCOUNTS MANAGER and Shane, who was the manager when I called in. I had to move my appointment the day before and they showed up anyway after I had already moved it. I took the day off and scheduled several appointments which were very close together. Needed things to be on time. So Bill, the ACCOUNTS MANAGER, shows up 20 minutes late. No phone call alerting me he was late. Then he lied to his manager and said he called me. Bill copped an attitude the second he walked up to my front door. Saying he got lost in downtown. Seriously? Like you can't follow a GPS map and be on time? Then very curtly he says to me, "What can I do for you?" Again, what are you here for???? So I said, "You are here for the leaf guard. Go ahead and measure." He then stomped off with more attitude. I called for the manager and got Shane, who also had attitude when I called. Not sure why they were so aggressive with me and ultimately highly insulting. After listening to Shane be just as rude as Bill was I said, "Just cancel the appointment and get off my property." I could hear Bill through the window disparaging me and calling me all kinds of names. I went downstairs and told him to cancel the appointment and get off my property. He refused. He stood there (all 350#s) and taunted me. He said, "What if I refuse? What are you going to do about it?" He clearly dwarfed me and made moves towards me to intimidate me. I said, "GET OFF MY PROPERTY!!!!" He was horrible. Continued to call me names, taunt me, say he wasn't leaving, that I could call 911. He would leave when he was ready. Then he continued to insult my new home, ridiculing my gutters, which I had no control over from the previous owner. He then sat in his truck and took pictures from the curb, still taunting me and even saying, "Na-na, what are you going to do about it? I can sit there all day if I want to." He was a complete JERK. Shane was a complete JERK. They "may" have a decent product, but their customer service was just deplorable. Taunting, name calling, insulting, intimidating. My heart is still racing.

We contacted this company about getting an estimate. The lady showed up right on time and was very nice. She measured the exterior of the house and came in our home. She sat down went over the product and quoted us a price. We agreed and signed a contract and the work was to be done the following Monday. Later that night she called back and said she had made a mistake on the quote and that it would cost us an additional $385.00. We were disappointed but agreed. I also agreed to meet her in a near by town to sign another contact for the higher amount. Her supervisor also called to tell me that she has mis-measured but they could do the job for the additional $385.00 On Monday morning we took off work to be home for them to complete the job. They stated they would be there between 9-11 that morning. At 12:30 i called because they had never shown and was informed that the bid was still to low and that unless we agreed to another $410.00 they would not do the job. They never even called to tell us that, just left us wasting a whole day waiting for them. They refused to honor either of the contract we had signed with them.

Using LeafFilter turned out to be a major mistake. I selected them despite their higher cost because the Leaf Filter gutter guard seemed better than alternatives and I was sold on the quality of their material and installation. The installation was scheduled 6 times before the crew showed up prepared to do the job. They non-showed without excuse once, showed up without the proper materials once, and didn't show but didn't call for weather several times. They only use contract installation crews and have none of their own employees on site. When the installation was done, it was done poorly. LeafFilter sent 3 inspectors at separate times and agreed the job wasn't done properly. It took three more scheduled visits before the repair crew came out. They promised to have an employee manager on site when the corrections were made. The same crew that made the mistakes showed up but no manager to inspect. I am so done with Leaf Filter on what should have been a simple job Don't use them no mater what they try to sell you.

I called this company out for an estimate and was startled at how arrogant the salesperson was. When I was asking about the pricing the salesperson went into a "hard" close and I told him I was getting more estimates and would make up my mind later. So then he added some discounts and asked if I would buy today. I said no I wanted to see what else was out there. He became insulting and called me foolish in front of my wife. They brag about being the best but just look at these reviews and you'll see they are not very professional. I recommend you not even call for an estimate unless you enjoy being treated poorly. Excellent job! Good explanation of the product, the installation process. Installer was efficient and very knowledgeable.

Very bad experience

High pressure sale. Gentlman at home and garden show said estimate would be good for a year. Apparently it is not. For price paid, thought it would look like higher quality. Said installer would clean gutters and haul off debris. Back patio was covered in debris. Didn't leave a warranty code to register warranty. Didn't give us an invoice. And didn't re lock the back gate.

When I called them they came out the next day. I think the price was inflated but their over all work was with one of the best leaf filters on the market. One may came out and was very pleasant and professional.
