LeafFilter Gutter Protection

They were very good company and courteous. They explained everything to me. Their man was very thorough and cleaned up all the messes. I was really happy with the service.

They came to clean my gutter I am very happy with service.

My elderly, handicapped mother was charged $9984.00 for gutter guards on her home. This was after the “Rush Creek Church” discount Paperwork shows it was originally $13,376. She had preexisting gutters, and her home is only 2700 sq feet with know steep roof lines. The paperwork states they Did not Replace gutters, only some hardware, there is a special place in **** for people who take advantage of elderly people, who are clearly incapacitated and living on a fixed income. She is now stuck with a huge monthly payment for two years. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!

Horrible. Installation was supposedly professional, I’ve called several times, finally went by their office. Finally sent someone out that didn’t know what they were suppose to do. Didn’t fix the problems. Water running behind the gutter. We have a metal roof and they cut back valley they shouldn’t have. Installation supervisor (Ethan)said they would caulk, men that come out said they couldn’t caulk. These guys are bad news. They subcontract out to other gutter installation companies. They do not have their own installers. Beware of their scam.

Leaf Filter exaggerates there process and over charges. There was no Leaf Filter Team. A guy showed up in a pick up and was done in a few hours. A back porch was not completed. Apparently I misunderstood the sales representative. I feel like I paid to much for what I got. And I did not get everything I paid for. Proceed with caution. My experience leads me to believe the warranty the are so proud of is not worth the paper it is written on. You will only get good service until they cash the check

Using LeafFilter turned out to be a major mistake. I selected them despite their higher cost because the Leaf Filter gutter guard seemed better than alternatives and I was sold on the quality of their material and installation. The installation was scheduled 6 times before the crew showed up prepared to do the job. They non-showed without excuse once, showed up without the proper materials once, and didn't show but didn't call for weather several times. They only use contract installation crews and have none of their own employees on site. When the installation was done, it was done poorly. LeafFilter sent 3 inspectors at separate times and agreed the job wasn't done properly. It took three more scheduled visits before the repair crew came out. They promised to have an employee manager on site when the corrections were made. The same crew that made the mistakes showed up but no manager to inspect. I am so done with Leaf Filter on what should have been a simple job Don't use them no mater what they try to sell you.

Excellent job! Good explanation of the product, the installation process. Installer was efficient and very knowledgeable.

High pressure sale. Gentlman at home and garden show said estimate would be good for a year. Apparently it is not. For price paid, thought it would look like higher quality. Said installer would clean gutters and haul off debris. Back patio was covered in debris. Didn't leave a warranty code to register warranty. Didn't give us an invoice. And didn't re lock the back gate.

When I called them they came out the next day. I think the price was inflated but their over all work was with one of the best leaf filters on the market. One may came out and was very pleasant and professional.
