Jeremy was on site almost everyday to check on the progress of the work.  We made some changes during the process and he  accommodated all the changes calmly. This was a big and messy job but since the lines of communication were open, it really went smoothly. Thank you for a great job!

I've been using him for a year. He even supplies the fertilizer and weed trim. He is very professional.

We have found this company to be very responsive and reasonable on price

He asked me for a blueprint of my former plans. I had to contact him multiple times to give that back to me. He never did send me my original copy back. He made a copy of that information for himself. He did not call me back to give me a quote on the job I was needing him to do. He is dishonest and not reputable.

All work was performed as discussed and they were done on time. They billed exactly what was quoted. Their responsiveness was a little lacking. I had to call them two or three times to get an estimate. There were very nich and friendly on the phone and in person.

Both jobs were completed in a timely manner, they cleaned up very well after work was complete and no damage was done to anything.
We will hire them again in the future!

They were slow to get started once the contract was signed and slow to complete the work. They were also VERY uncommunicative with other subcontractors, like the electricians and the stone masons, about what was needed and where. This caused extra work for the other subs, yet it was still under LDE's inflated estimates.

The young men who handled the initial work, construction of the pool walls, installation of the liner, and basic systems, were very good and did a nice job of cleaning up every day. It was the actual installation of the pool equipment by Mr. Erickson and Mr. Henri which was slow. They have refused to honor our agreement and have been personally abusive. All I wanted from them was a pool installation as the 'recommended installer'. Had I not already been invested in the type of pool, I would have terminated our agreement before we started. I have since found out that they have an 'F' rating from the Better Business Bureau and there have been problems with others on here.

I am quite sure if I had paid their inflated prices and had them do the whole backyard/patio, I might have had more cooperation - they even said so and quot;if you had used us...and quot; and quot;we're not used to working with others...and quot; - however, as an example, my excavation and and a greatly expanded amount of concrete work was done by a very well-known subcontractor for less than 50% of LDE's estimate - for much less work!

This is my first time on Angie's List; I'm not a complainer, but I don't want someone else to go through the same experience we did.

Went with another contractor that was not satisfactory. I should have been more patient and found a suitable company.

There wasn't any response on our request for a quote. They were suppose to come out one day, but I never heard from him. I went with a different company.

I haven't made a decision yet but he may be the one I go with. The other quote I got was almost twice as high. They seemed pretty good but they were not quite as detailed on their bid as the other company so I have some questions still to be answered.

The repair went well but it took 2 visits instead of one.

I wasn’t there when they did the job. I came back and looked at it and it was the best yard that I had seen in months. They did a good job. I have a very decent priced yard. I just had a two day turnaround and they were highly rated when I looked about them online. They were the ones who were available of the two companies that I had called. The price is usually of a highest consideration. I don’t do a whole lot of comparison shopping if the price is okay. It wasn’t exorbitant and so, I didn’t go over it too much. Their service was good. I didn’t get a callback from the guy who was supposed to call when I first called them for the estimate. So, I called him back and said so since I was expecting his call. They were on time once we did have something scheduled. They were late when we had the estimate scheduled, but were on time for the actual service.

My backyard was full of concrete and they took the concrete out. They prepared the soil, put in the grass and put flower beds. They gave me references and each one gave very high ratings, and that’s why I went with them. Their pricing was high but it was worth every penny. They also replaced the sprinkler system. They did a very good job.

They came when then they said they would. I thought they were a little pricey, but I would use them again.

All around our pool he poured concrete. On top of the concrete they put in and out door carpet. It didn't look too bad back then. It's coming up off the concrete now. Underneath he patio we left it there. It has to come up. Mr. Erikson came out and took out all the concrete. They loaded it into trucks and hauled it off. The next day they brought in soil and plants. They did a beautiful job. They also put in a sprinkler system in the back which in turn made it so they had to dig it up and reroute it from the front to the side and into the back. They just did a beautiful job. All this just makes a big big difference.

They keep up with whatever I need done. They are always reasonably priced and honest. The yard looks fantastic and I am pleased with the service. They do an excellent job. I would definitely recommend them to other people because they are responsible and have a great service.
