"Strong efforts were made by our team to provide a great service. Some customers are quite particular, and everyone is entitled to be. Ms. W. said everything was great-- the only item she had a complaint about, and provided a pic to management, was the blankets showed from under the comforter by about an inch. It is a small house with a LOT of decor and furniture that all needs to be moved. Not a dirty home but it gets quite dusty, enough that it requires 2x dry dust or polishing in most areas to get a good result = takes much longer to clean. We underestimated the time needed as it is a small house -- however all that stuff in there adds an hour of work. When calling to discuss a reasonable adjustment to time & cost for future service, the customer indeed was quite displeased."
