I used Laura Swearingen for this service. She is excellent. She keeps you informed via email and phone. When we first listed our home with her she did a walk through and explained that if we did certain things to our home it would increase the sale price and how fast it would sell. She was right. She got us a good price and fast. We could not have been happier with her.
