I like the product extremely well but don't care much for their marketing methods. You can immediately add $50 to $100 to the advertised price of every chair because they apply "fabric protection" and extend the warranty. Puts me in mind of the car dealers who spray Scotchgard on the upholstery and add $300 to the price of the car. Their delivery is a flat $100.00. A little much if you are only buying a recliner, especially considering that the back removes and it will easily fit in many cars and any van or SUV.

WE LOVED OUR EXPERIENCE AT LA-Z-BOY AND PLAN TO PURCHASE MORE FURNITURE THROUGH THEM IN THE FUTURE. THE SALES STAFF WAS WONDERFUL, THOROUGH, AND PROFESSIONAL. THEY HELPED WITH OUR CHOICE OF PATTERN AND PIECES. WE WILL DEFINITELY USE THEM AGAIN.
