All repairs were needed to address check engine light issue in order to get vehicle inspected. There was an issue with fan clutch installation within first week. I took it back to shop and it was addressed promptly and no additional cost. Always professional and courteous.

Everything went well. Bought a used car which needed all regular service maintenance items done. A month has passed and the car is running super. I recently moved, however I still use this Kwik Kar service center to maintain my vehicle. The personnel are very professional and their quality control is above par. Although the cost may be a bit higher than most, I believe you get what you pay for. I feel confident that my vehicle will safely take me wherever I need to go.

Kwik Kar does a good job. He is not the cheapest in the neighborhood and he is not the cheapest that you can find,but he is the best that you can find for the money. The service is good.

The people who work at this Kwik Kar Auto are EXCELLENT at customer service. Even when they are busy, they treat you like someone they want coming back. I think the first persons name is Tyler? who I spoke to when I first arrived. He checked out my car and gave me his thoughts in a very friendly way. When I was ready to check out, the cashier was great. The shop was pretty busy, it was the end of the day, and it seemed we all popped in at the same time. She was friendly to every customer, giving one-on-one attention to each person. It was great that she recommended I sign up for the Kwik Kar rewards program, because I do plan on returning. Jason Stump was especially wonderful. He answered all my questions in a way that didn't make me feel like I was asking annoying questions, and he gave my car what seemed like extra TLC, but I believe he probably does that for everyone. I've used these guys for years for ALL of my auto services for ALL of our vehicles. They are honest, fair and do a great jog. Very trustworthy and have been in business for decades. Family run and very attentive.
