The tile crew arrived and completed the job as scheduled.  They left the area clean.  They were very attentive to detail.  We are very satisfied with their performance.

This company also performs weekly cleaning and maintenance of our pool and has done so professionally for several years.

I use Kelly's Pool Care as my primary pool service company.  I have used them for everything from minor maintenance to replacing my entire filter system.  They are very professional and do extraordinary work.    Mike is easy to get a hold of and responds quickly and efficiently to all the pool needs.  They offer multiple options to fix an issue and are completely honest.  I would strongly recommend Kelly's Pool Care to anyone.

They did great, they found the leak and fixed it!

This was a great experience for a very annoying situation.  We were losing water in our pool and called some of the big franchise companies.  They all just said they had to do a leak test even though we told them we could pinpoint the leak.  They all wanted like $400 just for the test.  Not to mention everyone I called was 2-3 weeks out.  I guess pool repair business is good.  Anyways Kelly's Pool Care & Renovation came out the very next day on a saturday on memorial day weekend.  This was huge because in my opinion when you have a pool leak you need to get it fixed asap so you can run ur pool and it not get all green.  In the end the leak was not where we thought and he had to do the leak test to find it which was about 20 feet away and was seeping through the concrete.  It was a broken elbow pvc pipe near our waterfalls.  He showed us the broken piece and explained why the original pool builders messed it up to begin with.  I feel we came out much cheaper using him and like knowing my money stayed with a small locally owned company.  This guy enjoys what he does and has a great attitude.  Thanks again for the repair and sorry I didn't get to writing this sooner.  Hopefully someone reads this and uses your company.  I know we will again should we have the need.  Hopefully not though :)

He knows the equipment and keeps it running efficiently. He is very dependable and is here when he is supposed to. I met Kelly once and spoke with him twice via text. I have never had a problem with his service. He is very professional.

We have gone through more than our fair share of bad pool services and Kelly is great week after week!

First visit:  I called because our pool pump was not priming and not building enough pressure in filter to work correctly.  Not sure how long the problem existed as we didn't notice until we uncovered the pool after winter hibernation.  Kelly diagnosed a clogged line to pool pump and blew out the line and verified pump and filter working again.  All was done quickly and professionally and the pool is clearing up quickly.
Second visit: I called because our booster pump for the cleaner was not working.  I was afraid we would need a new pump.  But Kelly was able to "unseize" the pump and get us back to cleaning in no time flat (all within the minimum service call rate).  Saved a bundle not having to replace the pump.  Word of advice -- do not let booster pump sit dormant all winter.

They were just out in July.  They are great.  I've been using them for a long time.  I like their service.  They take appointment as soon as you call and they are pretty quick in that.  They are always on time.  Their service is good and reasonable.

He does a good job. He came out last Thursday because when taking all that concrete up, a larger crack was made in the pool. He came out and fixed that. We had a few problems with pool equipment that he has taken care of.
