I did not hire him for concrete. Changed my mind on that completely, out of my budget. Hired him for another job which I am satisfied with, however, he needs to get a system to bill his customers and give an invoice before the work and paid invoice after the job. Needs to be more business like to shine like his work. I may use him again but expectations will be more business like.

Jose did a concrete slab in my backyard. It was level, square, and ready for my uses. He was on time, friendly, and knowledgeable. Would recommend and would use again myself.

I had my sidewalk & driveway repaired and painted, I also had my brick repointed and major mortar repair done on my entire house. It was A LOT of work. The prep work included power washing all the brick, sidewalk and driveway. I was asked to mark all the places I wanted repaired with painters tape. They took care of those then asked me to go over the house a Second time marking places needing repair. I don’t know if this is standard of practice but to me if felt like Jose was going above and beyond! I hadn’t planned to paint the sidewalk but with the other work I was planning to do on my house, he pointed out a painted sidewalk would make my brick color pop. He was absolutely right. He has been doing this work long enough to know what colors really work well. The photos I am attaching show condition of the brick before and after. The previous owners repointed brick also but there are smears of mortar on the brick. Nothing to do with Jose. He’s helping me remove it.

Professional and personal, Jose was on the job in a day after inspecting my chimney, which was leaking w cracked bricks and concrete. My home is older, so he found many other areas that needed repair - front steps, loose bricks on house, brick retaining walls, etc. I was thrilled w his work. Now my old house looks beautiful again after he restored the curb appeal and rebuilt/sealed the chimney.

We told him what we needed. He drew it out for us, and got it done in a timely professional and high-quality final product.
