Window Treatment Service
I did have JCPenny, a custom designer draper to come in. They came in and they are done with the work. They took an extremely long time to finally get back to me. It took extremely long time after they told me I would have my drapes, they came in like two months later and I got the wrong merchandise. They could have responded to my complaint. This person insisted that that's what I ordered when I know it's messing up my house, I couldn't have ordered that. And again I wanted to talk to the regional manager, they gave a manager who told me that the regional manager was too busy to talk to me. They gave me a really hard time. My problem was eventually resolved.

IT WAS OKAY, A BIT EXPENSIVE FOR WHAT WE ACTUALLY GOT. I THOUGHT THE WOMEN COULD HAVE POINTED OUT A FEW THINGS WHEN I WAS DECIDING ON WHAT I WANTED AT THE TIME AND AFTER I GOT THE CURTAINS, REALIZED I WISHED I WOULD HAVE DONE SOMETHING A LITTLE DIFFERENT.
