JC Tile

Where to start. Bought my tile from Floor & Decor and they had a Installation Made Easy program. So JC Tile was picked I guess by Floor & Decor, Edgar came out who did the estimate. This is a main bathroom we are talking. I agreed to the quote and Installation Made Easy had me put 50% down. Ok.. so days go by and not one person from JC Tile contacted me to schedule. Went thru Installation made easy and asked them to contact the owner. I called Edgar, and kept telling me the owner does the scheduling. So the owner was on a family emergency and I said to Edgar to tell him if I do not hear back by Tuesday 6/3rd I will cancel. Well, of course the owner never called back.. TOTALLY UNPREDICTABLE and UNPROFESSIONAL. I was able to find another tiler myself for same quote. Got my refund back in full. It was higher power who kept this lousy business in my house. My guess they would do shoddy work anyway. Do not use this company. They are very unreliable.

Do not hire Josue! If he is “stressed” he will not show up, nor answer your calls nor texts. He starts a project and does not finish. Very unprofessional.

Horrible! Did a shoddy job. Ruined the look of my entire home. Caulking all over baluster. Visible nail holes, crooked cuts, caulking mess everywhere, crooked stairs. They didn't apologize. Sent two guys over who said we would need to pull out the stairs buy all new materials and start fresh if we wanted it done right. Lowlife unprofessional owner only offered $500 off. Didn't fix it or give a reasonable refund. Avoid at all costs! They do not perform quality work and do not care if they destroy your home.

Not well. Jose and helper tore out old back splash on first visit. They did not cover any counters, sink or floors and trashed my kitchen during tear out. They did very little clean up when done. I spent over 2 hrs cleaning my house after their tear out. Install did not go much better. Jose did a very poor job in laying out the tiles. I told him I wanted to replace several tiles before he did the grout, but he said couldn't be done without ripping it all out and redoing it all. Had the owners come by and showed them the poor workmanship on part of the back splash. They had to clean all the tiles as it was not done when grout put in. They also had to clean grout off my granite and other areas. I told Jose before he started installing the new back splash about the pattern I would like him to do but his work looked like he just opened the box of tiles and put them up as they came out of the box. I said this to him and he responded saying that is exactly how he did it, that he didn't have time to open all the boxes of tiles to lay them out before installing. I would not recommend using this company; we would not use them again. We did not pick this company; they came from Installation Made Easy, who we got from Floor & Decor. Designer at Floor & Decor was great, and installers for granite counters were good, but not happy with back splash installation.

They never showed up after estimate. We agreed on having work done. We called them three times and every time they said that they would call back. We called another company since we wanted the job done right away and they never got back to us.

Arrived as scheduled, job was completed as requested, No issues or problems.

Wow!  They are very hard workers and got the job done quicker than expected.  Our floors look great, and we will recommend them to all of our friends.

Jose was very professional, friendly and easy to work with from the beginning! Quoted the job on Tuesday, began and finished on Wednesday! Completely changing the look of our living room and created a fantastic focal point. Products were from floor and decor and were going to involve more cuts ( not 90 degree simple ones) than I was willing to make. Had two quotes on the job and Jose was a little more, but he made up for the cost my mixing adhesives rather than requiring me to purchase premixed. It took 2 of his guys 10 hours to compete the job, and it looks amazing. His guys we clean courteous and did a nice job on clean up in the end. Even my painter who suggested the stone ledgers was impressed with their work. Would post pictures if I could!!! Contact Jose, he has photos.

Very impressed with these guys! My shower is perfect!!! They kept me informed step by step and
completed in a timely manner. Can’t way to have them replace the rest of the tile in my house :)
