He did an excellent job with the work! He was fantastic overall.

This is the second time I've used this painting company. They painted the exterior of my multistory home about five years ago. Still in great shape. Just like last time, they did an excellent job. I think what makes them so good is that they take the time to do excellent preparation before the begin to paint. First they cover the floors and tape down floor covering to base boards. They tape the edge of crown molding and all trim design wood work. Then, they sand all wood surfaces and wipe them clean. They use high quality Sherwin Williams paint and test it to assure it is what we desire. When finished, they pickup after themselves. Additionally, they offer to come back to touch up anything that we might damage in the near future. Very pleased with their professional work ethic, quality, and service. Would highly recommend them.

I have use Jav in the past. He came out, painted the house and stained the fence did a very good job. In Valley Ranch of Irving, the home association is a BEAST, they came and assessed the painting and pointed out one small spot under the eave , I wish I could show you a picture of it, it was ridiculous, but he came back and touch the spot up with no problem. I think these guys do a great job and after my experience with Sun Painting, who I will never use again, I welcome these guys any time.

JAV did a great job, and is the most professional and competent subcontractor I have encountered on this project. They started on time, finished on time, and performed excellent work. They covered everything perfectly, including the new tile floor and custom cabinet.
I hired JAV to correct work partially performed by a dishonest and incompetant painter, so this was more than a simple new construction project. JAV repaired and reworked drywall that had been installed improperly. JAV painted the bedroom, bath, and living area using several paint colors.
Their lines are smooth and clean. They took the mess the other guy left and fixed everything. Their cleanup was so complete that I could not find a single spec of paint anywhere.
I will use JAV again. I wish I had used them the first time.

The repair went great. They were on time and prompt to call back. Their work was impeccable.

Javier and his crew did a very good job and we love how it turned out. He taped, textured and painted a room addition in the 2.5 days he worked. He fit us in on his busy schedule on pretty short notice and worked quickly. After the first day, he brought in more people because he did not think he would finish when he promised. He helped pick out colors and gave us some ideas on texturing. We were very satisfied.

It was pretty good but in the end in both cases he didn't do everything that he said. When we were going through at the end he was saying and ldquo;I'll take care of thatand rdquo; but then he didn't. On one part where he said he would come back, one of his guys came out and brushed over the spots that they were going to do. They painted a white door and the paintbrush had a flat paint on it so it doesn't look right. They were pretty good but we negotiated the price with him and maybe that caused the problems. He did exactly the same thing with my daughter's house. I don't know that I would use him again.

Good. They worked around the electrician who spent a full 8 hrs updating lighting in kitchen and office and various other electrical work. In fact the electrician could not have done his job without JAV Painting framing in the kitchen ceiling. Not all painters do framing and we couldn't find a framer who was interested in such a small job so it was really helpful that Jav Painting's team had such a can-do attitude. And the kitchen ceiling which had to have so much drywall repair just looks great.

Javier came out provided estimate, along with samples of a new style of texture and matched selected paint colors. Had an issue of Javier going out of town for the weekend and his brother taking over Saturday for a no show but came by later to apologize and started the following morning to finish everything up in two days. Overall did a good job with cleaning up after themselves.

Javier and his team were wonderful to work with. They painted the interior and exterior of my home and they did an amazing job. Juan was one of the guys on his team that makes sure the crew does the best work. I didn't have to worry about anything at all because they came in, did the work and then they were gone. It was pretty quick! I will be using them again when I renovate my bathrooms. You can hire this company and you will be very satisfied with their work!

They were terrific. They painted the inside of our house. I spent $2500 on the last job.

JAV Painting did an excellent job for us. Javier gave us an estimate one day and began work the very next morning. He and his crew worked from 8:00 to 5:00 on Thursday and Friday and until 10:00 on Saturday morning. The men arrived on time and worked hard the entire day. They were very polite and eager to please. They covered all surfaces with protective plastic and cleaned thoroughly when the job was over. They moved out furniture and returned it to its original place. I highly recommend them and, in fact, have already given their name to a friend. We are very happy with the work.

Overall JAV did an exellent job. He gave me a rapid and reasonable quote. He started on schedule and actually finished ahead of schedule.We had to do some changes in the middle of the job due to unforeseen circumstances. Javier (JAV) made the changes at no charge and kept production moving to finish ahead of schedule. Javier is very talented and really knows his business. He's a nice and honest guy. I'm using him for all my future work.

Everything went very well. Javier and Juan Villeda and their crew were very professional and on time for the estimate as well as the actual job. My husband and I are very pleased with the jobs and have already told them that we will have them back to do more work in the spring. I would highly recommend JAV Painting to anyone - If there were a A+ category, it would be all A+ from me.

jav painting does have the crew to do the work. in my opinion he can handle small jobs very well. also, he knows other sub contractors in town. which is good. on high end jobs, again only in my opinion, one needs a more detailed contract so that all steps are written out. Update: We since found out that the work done the second week was not done right. He took shortcuts in the touchups. Now the same leaks that he had covered up are beginning to show through again. There were too many people working in the house for him and he couldn't supervise all of them.

Javier from JAV Painting came out to provide a quote for the work we wanted done. His price was fair and the estimated time for starting and completion was great! They removed the outdated popcorn texture from the ceilings and replaced with a smooth pattern. Looks great. They redid the texture with an updated faux pattern and glaze that was a major update for our home. When I was unsure about the colors of the paint and glaze, Javier's brother, Juan, had several recommendations and patiently helped me decide. Juan has an eye for color(s) and what will look good, so I trusted him and was NOT disappointed. My husband and I love the new colors and new texturing and especially the master bedroom and bathroom. Their work is professional quality, precision lines for ceilings and 'cut-ins,' caulk, etc. They have an experienced crew that works well and fast together.. They are dependable, professional, but personable too. Really nice guys that run a smooth operation. This was a good experience for us, no surprises, and I would not hesitate to recommend JAV Painting.

All went well. Javier and his team were punctual and very professional. The quality is good overall with a few details that were missed. They covered everything and were very neat. I did not have to pay until we did an inspection after they were done and I had them do a bit of rework here and there. They did it without arguing and with a smile. I would recommend them any time and will use them again in the future.

Jav Painting is professional and very talented. We have 19 foot ceilings in the dining, entry and 14 foot high in the stairwell and master. The paint job is flawless. They finished in one day and we had them use 2 different colors. No paint was ever dripped onto carpets because they covered all floors with plastics. All moldings and arches are free of drippings too. We could not have asked for a better job. Completely happy with everything. They were prompt and willing to work for us and our needs. Jav Painting submitted a bid to us for the entryway, dining room and jack and jill bathroom. So far we have satisfied the jack and jill bathroom for $300. Jav Painting did such an excellent job and we will definetly satisfy the other jobs on the bid. Please check back to see our other posts.

They were extremely professional - they paid close attention to details, and went over everything before and after. They were punctual and professional, and cleaned up thoroughly after themselves. We are extremely happy with the results. They were even accommodating enough to do a small amount of additional work at the last minute. We have already made plans to have several other rooms painted.

Punctual, professional, used drop cloths hanging from ceiling to protect living room from texture over spray. I did have to pay a bit extra for a second coat of paint in the kitchen, and there was some miscommunication about how many coats he would paint. But everything turned out very well and his work is high quality, and I would recommend him to anyone.
