He was excellent! He was here within minutes because I caught him at a good time and he was able to haul my things away at a decent price.

Called James to get an estimate over the phone. He quoted $75.00. Said that he would be there at 10:00am the next day. Was very punctual. James was a real nice guy. In the garage, I noticed that I had forgotten that there were some metal fence posts and PVC pipes that I needed to get rid of. He gladly took them away without increasing the price that he had quoted.

I called on a Sunday morning (thinking I would leave a message and he would call 2 or 3 days later). Instead he called a very short time later and came over that afternoon and hauled the stuff away. Cleaned up all the dead leaves, did a great job and was very personable. I will use him again for any future hauling I need done. In fact I was so pleased with the fact he called within 1 or 2 hrs of message left, coming same day, and cutting the branches for me I gave him an extra $10 dollars ( I had called another person on Angie's list and am still waiting for his call 3 wks later-thus my reason to give James extra 10 bucks).

Mr. Warren arrived early, worked quickly and efficiently, and removed all desired materials.

I had a very good overall experience with James. He came by the same day you called and was able to get everything hauled away. Well and in a very timely manner.

Mr. Warren was a pleasure to deal with, both in arranging the time of pick-up and in the performance of the work. He was flexible in letting us choose the time and fully explained his pricing. He arrived on time and did the work as he promised. We will use him again.

James did a great job. He stayed in touch and was on time. Well worth the money!

I found Mr. Warren to be punctual, polite, and trustworthy. His charge for the service seemed reasonable. He completed the job in an outstanding manner. I also hired him to install several light fixtures and ceiling fans as a result of his work ethic. I highly recommend Mr. Warren.
