Works great now.

It went well. The office staff was very professional as well as the gentlemen who installed the gate. The gate is working and I am happy with the services.

Work was done really well. They even called to say they could be here earlier than the scheduled appointment if I wanted. Everyone at the company I dealt with was very courteous.

It went well. The J&J crew came out to my SW Fort Worth house quickly despite the bad weather.  They did what I asked and on budget. Ultimately, they replaced the wheels, realigned the large iron fence posts and reset the "limits". The cost was higher than I would have liked but the price was quoted upfront and there were no surprises. The service was quick and the fence has not given me trouble for the last month despite the recent snow and ice storms. 

My garage door spring busted at approx. 1:30.  I remembered this company had helped us prior so I gave them a call.  They were awesome and were here by 2:30.  They gave me some tips to extend the life of the spring, gave me options and costs up front(very reasonable) and got to it.  All done and out the door at 3:15.  I am so impressed with them again and would definitely recommend them.  FYI I'm not sure about the number on this website but the number I have is 817-466-2794.

I believe the only phone number is the cell number of the company owner.  I have called him many times, and he nearly always answers it rather than me having to leave a message.  He showed up when he said he would, installed the opener in about an hour, showed me how to operate everything, and adjusted items upon request.  I had asked for a slightly more sophisticated unit as well as a black keypad rather than the stock tan.  He did a wonderful job and has come out once without charge to help us figure out why the gate stopped working one day.  It turned out that it got stuck on a rock and just needed to be reset.  Twice he successfully helped me troubleshoot small things over the phone.

Overall a great experience and I would recommend him without hesitation.

Update 2014/09/11:
It has been nearly 3 years since installing the gate opener and related items (garage door opener, remote keypads, remote controls).  We've had some issues with the remote signals not getting to the gate.  At times, we have to walk within 6 feet of the gate for the remotes to work.  This is after replacing the batteries on all the remotes, and all remotes exhibit the problem.  After numerous attempts to fix it, J&J went with a newer/different technology and it works again.  Aaron worked on our gate issues for months without charging me extra for anything.  When we finally had tried everything and ended up switching to a newer technology, he only charged me his cost on the parts.  At this time, I can't imagine calling anyone else to fix my gate or garage door.  He's great.  If Aaron has any vices at all, it might be that sometimes he gets so busy that he doesn't get back to me right away, but he is always apologetic when that occurs and ultimately works hard to resolve the problem.
