THIS FLORIST SPECIALIZES IN CUSTOM FLORAL ARRANGEMENTS AS WELL AS UNIQUE GIFTS FOR ANY OCCASION. BARBARA, THE MANAGER, IS ALWAYS THERE TO HELP ME PUT TOGETHER WHATEVER I NEED. SHE IS FRIENDLY AND POLITE.

I HAVE DONE BUSINESS WITH IN BLOOM SEVERAL TIMES, AND THEY HAVE ALWAYS DONE A GREAT JOB, EVEN WHEN I DID NOT GET TO CHOOSE THE FLOWERS MYSELF. THEIR PRICES ARE REASONABLE.
