Robert caulked, scraped and applied primer where the old paint had blistered from sun exposure in a few places, and applied 25-year good-quality paint (no extra charge for the paint, caulk, brushes, trip charge, etc.). He went beyond the call and even did a few extra jobs at no additional charge (painted the trim on my storage shed and fixed a place on my patio to control the water). I got much more than my money's worth from Robert, and would definitely use him again. I heartily recommend him for his work quality, value, work ethic, courtesy, punctuality, and trustworthiness. I asked him about doing a couple of other repairs and he did not hesitate to tell me that he was not qualfiied to do that kind of work but had a colleague who was qualified to do it and he would arrange for that person to come and give me a bid. Robert followed through and I received a bid from his colleague to do the small job I needed, unrelated to painting.

The living room walls are very high and he did excellent work for us. He was on time, professional, and very neat. The work got done very quickly. He was very friendly and courteous. We were very pleased and would highly recommend this contractor.
