Avoid working with this unskilled and unprofessional company run by a solo operator. After nearly two years and a significant amount of money spent, the project remains incomplete. Whenever one issue is fixed, two more arise. This individual demands full payment despite being fully aware of the unresolved problems. He insists on coming to your home to fix things, but after spending the entire day, you'll find even more issues have cropped up, and the original problem remains unaddressed. Moreover, he monitors customer activities and logs remotely without authorization, which could be considered a cybercrime and a breach of privacy. He once showed me a client's video feed that he had retained access to without their knowledge, claiming he wanted to show me their property as an example of his work. This incident clearly illustrates the type of person you're dealing with. When you press him to complete the job, he hides behind legal jargon, citing "theft of service code statute 31.04," and even threatens to involve the police. I have contacted Control4 to verify his certification, and it turns out his company is not listed as certified. This is yet another example of his fraudulent behavior, as he misrepresents himself as a Control4 authorized dealer/reseller/installer. Avoid this company and hire someone reputable.

We hired the company, they completed the job. Communication was spotty but it was done. When we needed help for following year typically I’d hear back from them. Then they added a business partner. I had asked about issues we were having and the owner repeatedly said he would come fix it. Eventually it was turned over to the new business partner and when he spoke to me, he said no fixing would happen, we needed a whole new system. I had been working on this issue for almost 2 years with tweaks, now he tells me the whole system was crap from the beginning. I suggested to meet them in middle with offer, and before long…they stopped answering calls, texts, and emails. This seems to be what others are saying as well. Do yourself a favor, move on because the new partner is dishonest, unethical, and his influence has changed the company as a whole. FIND ANOTHER VENDOR!! You will be sorry if you don’t. They’ll innovate your home then leave you hanging!!

Shreef called me 30 minutes before our scheduled time to verify the appointment. Showed up on time in his business vehicle and provided the services we discussed with no surprise charges.
