The personnel at Home Depot flooring were very nice and professional and have good selection of Carpets colors/styles. I would have given better rating but here is the issue I have. There staff that represents this area seems to turn over a bunch in the 3 months or so that I dealt with them and though the staff may be knowledgeable on styles, etc... I don't feel they have enough interior design experience. If know what color you want, then your good. The Carpet Installers were nice and professional, and did a great job. I think if they would contract with an interior design company and have this as an option, they would do much better. Also I feel if they had options to upload your room and see how it would look with various carpets, this would help.

This company is very good and they offer the best price around. I know because I checked around. The work was done in an efficient and professional manner. They were very careful of my property and cleaned everything up. The door is working great.

I WAS PLEASE WITH THE TIME MANAGEMENT. THEY WERE IN AND OUT IN NO TIME. THE INSTALLATION WAS DONE WELL AND EVERYTHING WAS LEFT NEAT AND CLEAN WHEN THEY WERE FINISHED.

THE GAS LOG ITSELF WAS FINE, BUT THE INSTALLER DID NOT SHOW UP WHEN HE SAID HE WOULD AND I LOST A FULL DAY OF WORK. THE INSTALLATION COST WAS REFUNDED AND THE GAS LOG WORKS GREAT.

HOME DEPOT OFFERED GREAT PRICE AND GREAT SERVICE. MOHAWK CARPET MFG OUT OF ATLANTA WAS A DIFFERENT STORY. WHAT WAS SUPPOSED TO TAKE TWO WEEKS TOOK THEM THREE AND A HALF MONTHS. HOME DEPOT STAYED ON THE PROBLEM. MOHAWK COULDN'T CARE LESS. THEY WERE HAVING A DYE PROBLEM.

THERE WAS A GOOD SELECTION OF PAINT, BLINDS WERE SPECIAL CUT & DELIVERED. STAFF WAS VERY HELPFUL.

THEY WERE REASONABLY PRICED COMPARED TO OTHER STORES. THE $50 REBATE PAID FOR THE DELIVERY FEE. THEY SHOWED UP AS EXPECTED. NO PROBLEMS AT ALL.

HOME DEPOT DID A VERY GOOD JOB. THEY WERE POLITE AND EFFICIENT.
