Our showroom has a complete line of flooring and counter tops on display. We also have a full warehouse of flooring in our outlet center at prices that are unbeatable. We pride ourselves in 19 years in business, that we have provided thousands of satisfied customers in the Dallas, Fort Worth, and Arlington Area. What separates us from our competition is we care. We are not satisfied until you are. We are family owned and operated. Our contractors and in store vendors are licenced and insured for your protection and comfort.

"[Member Name Removed], I apologize for the service. This sales person is no longer with us. It is our policy to return quotes in 24 hours and she did not get this done. I did see where it was sent out in late March, but not within the promised 24 hours that it should have been done. Again, I apologize."
"I am sorry for Mr. [Member Name Removed] comments. We finished the job and he was really happy with our work. 2 Weeks later, they called and said the plumbing was backed up. I told them to call a plumber and send me the bill with his findings, if it was our fault, I would cover it. They found something in the plumbing that had nothing to do with our install or parts or products we carry. He was upset that we would not pay the bill. We use a shower system that has a warranty from Custom on it and I have not had any problems with it, but would be glad to come out and fix any issues or bring Custom grouts out to see what the problem is. We would like to take care of any issues that you have. Please feel free to call me anytime."
However, on the EXACT SAME brand and type of flooring, their estimate was so much more expensive than their competition that it they were not even CLOSE to being competitive!!
My selected contractor did not have a brick-and-mortar retail store to maintain but still, Hilton's was a full 50% higher than the price I paid! And Hilton's was a full 41% above the most competitive retail store. That is an unacceptable margin!! I don't like when I believe that stores or contractors are price-gouging their customers!! :-(
I was also not happy with how they planned to handle a custom transition into another room where standard (rigid) T-molding would not work. They planned to use a flexible RUBBER T-molding but my selected contractor used a different, more seamless method.
I would not consider hiring Hilton's Flooring again.
"We have been in business for 24 years and have never been accused of price gouging. Since we dont ever mark our items up near 50%, either this is not really a customer and another company looking to say bad things about us, or a customer who is not comparing the same items. Not once did I ever get a call from this customer to ask about pricing. We also track every one of our quotes, and this customer is not listed in our system. We constantly beat the big box stores with our prices and have been doing so for many years."

This company is family owned. I had some issues picking out countertops then matching backsplash. They offered a lot of assistance and finally a Silestone countertop was selected. Silestone had sent two different lots of countertop slabs and so there ended up being some delay and extra work on their part but they were fabulous in resolving issues and staying in touch with me throughout the process. The tile job is beautiful on the backsplash as well. They are very friendly and a great company to work with.
