Description of Work: I was looking for a property management company in the Dallas area and found Herman Boswell. But since this company's location is too far from my rental property. They said they couldn't provide me with their service but referred me to another management company.

 + -1 moreWe've been using them for over a year. He is really great. He is very communicative. He leaves us notices and leaves us receipts on our backdoor so we know when he's been here. He is very workable. When we've asked for different items, he's provided them or provided a quote, and there have been no surprises. He is very consistent and he provides good quality work. He's great. Sometimes it takes a little bit longer to get a response back, but it's probably because of his schedule.
