HEADS UP TERMITE & PEST CONTROL

They were great. It is just like a small family business. They were referred to me by 2 coworkers of mine who live in the area. It was great. It is like a guy and his brother. A couple of people had used them before and recommend and I was THRILLED. It worked out really well. He gets all 'A's on everything on the grading scale. We looked at some of the other large well known companies and they were just insane. I was complaining about it at work and 2 people had used them. He came in way under what they did but he was extremely thorough. He was there for probably 2 to 3 hours working on stuff. When I did some research on what he had done and he confirmed everything that I had researched. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. You can only enjoy what he does. He works for himself. He likes it. He was licensed, insured and all that. I looked into all that stuff, not a big company at all, just him and his brother. It was just a really good experience. I would rate them all 'A's on everything for sure. I think I spent about 650 dollars which seemed very reasonable to me after I kind of looked around with other companies. The other companies tried to scare us, one company was like too much to handle. This guy didn't do any of that stuff. He explained everything he was doing, why he was doing it and the advantages. We were thinking about putting the house on the market in a year or 2 so he took all of the official stickers and symbols in all of the right places so that when an inspector comes in at some point they can see that the house has been treated. He did all of those things.

Came to home and explained in detail how to use the product he gave us plus he also used it and the result was very quick so he knew where the nest or at least the biggest nest was. He came back a couple days later and sprayed where he found where they were coming from. also found out he checked for termites which in the future we will use him for that. Very professional at explaining everything. I would recommend him to anyone with a pest problem.

My storage shed is in my carport. I noticed a few wasps when I collected my mail. I ignored it until I noticed more and more wasps as days passed. My neighbor told me that and quot;manyand quot; wasps were entering and leaving a small hole at the bottom edge of the storage shed.
I tried the commercial spray can x2, but the wasps didn't die.

Ckecked Angieslist, Contacted Darrell. He said that the nest was hornets, not wasps. Suggested I stay inside while he treated it. Did his job. Returned in 2 days to make sure the job was finished.

Darrell is very professional and friendly. He gave me a free estimate and was back within days to do the job. He was on time and very thorough, with no added sales pressure.

Their prices are reasonable and we don't have any problems with them.

They are thorough and I appreciate the followup. He comes out himself and is very personable. He has a fair price and doesn't try to oversell me. I have no complaints, he gets top marks and I will continue to use Heads Up Termite and Pest Control.

The last time I called him to do a job, he did not accept any payments, and he said that he just came out to check if everything was ok. He is very dependable, and honest. His pricing is very reasonable as well. He has helped me to keep ants, and other pests away from my home. My overall experience with him has been good.

Darrell was outstanding to work with. The job was completed in less than 3 hours and he explained each step of what he was doing. He also left me with several rat bait treatements when I mentioned I had seen evidence of them in the attic.
