I wasn't pleased. When they lifted my house up, but what they did on the outside, they didn't fill in the cracks. I'm afraid that water will fill the cracks. My doors aren't closing properly. I still have high/low places. It's low towards the front. I had to call them back 2-3 times to level my floors, which they were supposed to do in the beginning. I felt like I had to watch them constantly in order for them to do.

Came out and did the work in a timely fashion. Six months later things are in good repair and it looks like the fix worked. The only negative is that the contractor did not return phone calls when asked to call. I live out of state where the work was done and had questions for him specifically. Other than that an overall good experience.

The crew completed all work in two days. Twenty-two piers were installed. The crew was very good at not breaking any sprinkler lines.
None of our bushes were harmed.
The crew cleaned up their work areas each day.
The cracks in our drywall(that indicated we have foundation problem) have closed up to only need touch up painting.

They were very good. They did a very good job. They did what they said they would do. I had some drainage problems and I had someone else come in and work on it and it didn't work. What they did to the drainage is working and they raised the foundation. It was 6 inches low on one side and I was getting cracks in the ceiling and stuff. They got it back into a position and I have all the confidence that it is going to stay there.

HD was a pleasure to do business with. They did a great job, showed up on time, charged us a very fair price and made sure that we were totally satisfied. We liked the company's owner -- he was very honest and professional.

We selected HD Foundations after interviewing three other companies. We had massive foundation damage and they were able to get the job done quickest. From the very beginning Greg explained what needed to be done , why it needed to be done and what the repair would cost in a way we could understand it. They arrived on the day promised and on time. All the workers were professional and courteous at all times. If we had a question it was answered promptly. Every day when they left they cleaned up any debris in the yard. They worked hard every day, no loafing. 19 piers were installed in 3 days. There was always someone on the job who spoke very good English.

We would definitely recommend HD Foundations . In fact, they do concrete work and we will use them to redo our driveway later.
