The staff was polite and friendly. They did a good job giving us plenty of space to explore our options without being pushy. They were quick to answer questions, and did not act annoyed when we told them that we wanted some time to think before buying anything. I am very pleased with the quality of the furniture that we purchased.

SALES PERSON (MR DICKINSON) WAS VERY HELPFUL IN MY SELECTION. I HAD ALREADY PURCHASED A SET FROM ANOTHER STORE A FEW WEEKS PRIOR TO THIS PURCHASE AND WAS VERY UNHAPPY WITH THAT PURCHASE AND HAD TO RETURN IT. HAVERTY'S WAS A BETTER CHOICE.
