I was met with a courteous, professional young lady (Ashleigh) who immediately assured me both my issues could be handled that day.  I was provided telephonic updates throughout the day as the iPad Air issue was more difficult than anticipated.  After trying several times to restart and restore data to the iPad, it was a success.  The techniciand said they had not seen those issues/difficulties before on an iPad.  All data was stored and iPad operation is perfect.  There was no increase in price in spite of the additional effort put forth.  I would recommend them to anyone in need of Apple product repair or accessory purchase.

Smoothly, took about a week for the laptop hard drive and a week for the G4 hard drive.

They currently still have my computer. They are usually able to complete the work in about 3 days. I work with them frequently. They can fix cracked i-phone screens, as well as Apple-only computer repair.

I dropped off the laptop which was acting flakey. The check in process was painless and quick. I did not have to make an appointment or wait around like I would at an Apple Store. They are Apple Authorized Service Providers, and the repair was under warranty, so they didn't charge anything. They had the computer back to me the next day. I cannot stress enough the professionalism of the staff, their timeliness, knowledge, and friendliness of the staff.

Hardin Computer only works on Macs and they are the best. All the work is done in-house. I got my computer back the next day.
