Green Apple Maid Service

I scheduled Tracey to come to my house for a good, deep cleaning  with the intention of making it a monthly appointment.  The first appointment was great, including adding on a few items that I wanted addressed that aren't on her "normal" checklist. She is super-reasonable and did good work.  She corresponded quickly and thoroughly through email, which as a busy working mom and wife, is much more convenient than playing phone tag (as I unsuccessfully had to do with other agencies). She followed the first appointment up with an email asking for feedback.  With that I was able to address the few small areas that I thought needed improvement.  She was quick to respond and thanked me for the service and the feedback.  I appreciated that.  I have scheduled her for a second monthly visit in a few weeks.
