We have now had them out to our house twice over the last couple of years when each of our air conditioners weren't cooling properly. They diagnosed the problems and gave us options, and they were more than kind and very fair with their pricing. I appreciate the technicians as being very courteous, knowledgeable and helpful when explaining what was going on and what our options are. We are actually working with Golden Air Conditioning on a service plan so we aren't surprised the next time our systems decide to stop cooling. Thankful for the maintenance option that's available.

They had to replace the unit and all we had to pay for was the labor because it was under warranty. They were very straight forward and really stuck by there work. I would use them again.

It was an excellent experience. They were on time and called ahead to let me know they were on their way. Once here the technician explained everything in full and indicated that I didn't need any work done at this time so I was only responsible for the service call. I have heard nothing but great things about this company from other people so was pleased to try them and that I had such a positive experience. I will definitely use them again.

The heating portion worked but the air conditioner did not. I was told that the service man would be at my house between 10:00 and 12:00 that day. He called before and showed up at 9:45. He began to check every electrical connection and decided that it was the failure of the circuit breaker on the outside of the house. He replace the box with a better style. He was truthful, did not sell me something I did not need, and wasted little time in completing the job.

Arrived on time, finished on time and the cost was what they quoted me.
AC is running like a charm.

Our a/c unit for the upstairs was not cooling but we did not realize it, because we spend most of the time downstairs. Around 3pm we finally noticed it and I called Golden Air. They were at my house around 4:30/5pm. Because we ran the unit all day, it was froze up and the technician was not able to do necessary repairs. He tried to get it to the point where he could work on it, but it just wouldn't budge. So he returned by 8am the next morning and completed the repair within a couple hours.

They were extremely efficient, professional, and honest. I also use them for a maitenance agreement to service my unit twice a year. My units are around 15 years old, and since I began using their service I noticed my house cools more efficiently and we also noticed a drop in our utility. Even with this repair, which I thought was very well priced considering two trips and had to load me up with freon. They never tried to sell me anything I didn't need or make a bigger deal out of the situaiton to get more money out of me. I will only use Golden Air and recommend them to all my friends and family. They treat you like part of their family and by the way they are family owned and operated - which I love to support!!

I called Golden Mechanical and they were able to come out the same day and got my air condtioner working. I couldn't be happier with the service I received.

I'm always satisfied with the services they provide. I won't call another company to take care of my A/C needs

They are wonderful. All I have to do is give him the keys to my apartment and he takes care of everything.

They came out and fixed it fine. We discovered later that day and found my son's laptop computer was missing. We called them and they did not take us seriously because it was a 14 year old son's computer. They would do nothing about it.

TECHNICIAN WAS COURTEOUS, ON-TIME, AND DID A VERY GOOD JOB OF INSTALLATION, LEAVING THE AREA CLEAN WHEN FINISHED.

THEY ARE VERY RELIABLE, AND COME WHEN THEY SAY THEY WILL COME. THEY AREN'T CHEAP NOR OUTRAGEOUS. THEY WERE PROMPT. VERY NICE SERVICE PEOPLE. I'VE USED THEM FOR 6 YEARS.
