Gene's Tree Fence & Landscape Service

We have a couple of very large trees that needed to be pruned back away from our house and a neighbor's house. This crew from Gene's Tree Service came through our neighborhood, essentially cold-calling to drum up some business. After talking to them about our issues they gave us a prices for the work we needed done, told us they could be done by the end of the day and would be happy to take direction from us as they worked. (We've avoided having tree work done for many years because we haven't liked the results we've gotten in the past.)
Had I checked the List before hiring them I probably would've passed because they had a single, year old review and it was quite negative. So, as a precaution, we watched carefully to make sure things were going as we wanted.
In the end we were perfectly happy with the job they did. All the wood was removed even though they filled up their chipper truck and had to come back and pick up the final load the next morning.
