Very satisfied with the service forwell over a decade.

We walked Dulio Garcia around the property and showed him the work we wanted him to perform: mow and rake the lawn, trim dead limbs from the trees specific trees, haul trash, cut down dead tree stump, remove three stumps, cut succors from pecan tree and n trim vine from front left fence. Mr. Garcia agreed to do everything listed above for a price of $220 and would begin next day. When he called to let us know the job was completed, we agreed to meet him at the property at 2:00 P.M. to pay him. We arrived at 1:55 and waited until 2:20, and found that Mr. Garcia had not cut all the grass, trimmed only some of the limbs, had not raked yard, nor removed the three stumps,nor cut succors from pecan tree nor trimmed the vine from front fence. He did not show up so we left. When he finally called us, my husband asked him to finish the work and we would pay him. He became verbally abusive, said he would not finish the work, and threatened us (legally). We are elderly so we paid him to avoid trouble.
